Every load was soaked no matter what setting I put it on. I finally bought rinse aid and it helped.

It started showing error codes that indicated it was not pumping all of the water out of the machine. A technician replaced the pump, during one visit, and on another visit he replaced the panel. It was a very nice looking machine, and when it worked it ran quite. Samsung refunded the purchase price and I then bought a Bosch 500 series.
