LC Error issue

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Regrettably there is an extremely sensitive leak detection feature that cannot be overridden. It seems to detect even humidity and suspends the cycle. To clear the error message, you must remove your items from inside and then leave the door open for 48 hours so that all moisture has hopefully evaporated. After that, you must turn off your circuit breaker for no less than 15 minutes before you turn it back on. You should be fine for the next washing, but beware for the one after.... in case there is a drop of humidity on the sensor. Otherwise I loved it!

Tried to replace the board twice and no luck. and looks like there is a series of manufacturing defects on board associated with this model. Stay away!

The first time I used it I actually couldn’t tell that it was even on. Sometimes I will walk by it and hear a faint noise and get scared until I remember that I’m on a cycle. The cycles are kind of long, over two hours for the specialty ones but there is a quick wash that is one hour. I normally rinse my dishes before I put them in so quick wash actually works great. My favorite thing about it is that it opens itself up at the end of the cycle to let the moisture out. I used to do that myself on my other dishwashers to let the plastic dry. The machine itself is beautiful and looks like a spaceship. The buttons are hidden so you press them before you close it. The top rack for knives and utensils is something I was really looking for in a dishwasher after I used my mother’s one thanksgiving. It definitely keeps the machine neat and keeps the utensils from flying down into the bottom of the machine and having to fish them out.

Then geek squad installed this and could not pull it out for repair. I called Samsung and Samsung referred me back to the installer Haven't used this since February and this is June. Extremely disappointed in Best Buy and Samsung

The unit is not properly aligned. Samsung won’t honor the warranty saying it’s damage from installation or delivery. Best Buy refuses to do anything about it as well saying it’s Samsung’s fault and should be covered under their warranty. Meanwhile I’m stuck with a dishwasher that leaks and two companies that will not do anything about it. I would avoid buying appliances from Best Buy and don’t count on Samsung to help you out either. Dishwasher worked well when it wasn’t leaking, but so much for that.

Powerful and Quiet Dishwasher

I love the third rack and configuration options, plus it looks great in the kitchen. I think the best feature has to be the auto-open at the end of a wash. Too many of our tupperware containers would by wet for hours with our other dishwasher. I don't know why more dishwashers don't have this simple and effective solution. It has a ton of options, but I did not find the express wash very useful. Perhaps if you have pre-washed your dishes to be almost clean it would work well. Definitely stick with the main or Stormwash cycles.
