Was under warranty, so Samsung sent service out (twice) and claimed the installation was the issue. Installer came out and concluded the issue was the dishwasher because it was leaking from the front, not the back left where the hose is attached. Given the 15 other reviewers I saw here that say this unit has issues with it leaking, I feel lucky and grateful that Best Buy agreed to take care of what Samsung would not own up to and exchanged the unit. The installer told me he had seen many issues with Samsung so I am trying a Bosch this time and hoping for better luck.

Got to 2 quotes… $700+ the entire pump unit died and won’t speak to the motherboard. Owned less than 2 years. Visually a great machine, but didn’t get our money out of it.

Samsung's customer service was awful. I took weeks before someone from samsung came to "look" at the problem. The tech did literally nothing. Looked at the dish washer and said I will order a part and see what happens. On top of that I can not get any status on my repair parts. To make this dishwasher worse it does not dry... like nothing is dry after it runs. Completely dripping wet after use. I have 0 stars for this awful dishwasher!

My previous dishwasher only required about an hour. This product requires at least 3 hours. Also, the dishes do not dry completely even after running it through the sanitize option as the manual suggests.

Dishes are left soaked. 3rd rack was like a puddle of water wet my newly floor every time. Left door open for possible air drying to complete the job to no avail. The buttons also don’t help. Turns on without actually touching buttons - super sensitive. Not good quality dishwasher even if you’re looking for a mid-range one. Luckily was able to return for full refund after the 15 days since it didn’t get installed right away. Others might not be so lucky so definitely install quickly to ensure it works to your liking.

Ordered it early so it would be here when the contractor needed it. After less than a year of use, it is leaking water at the door (not sealing properly?). Because it was ordered early, the warranty is expired. This is the 2nd service call - the first was for the door seal at the bottom of the door coming off. I am so very disappointed.

It won't stop leaking and damaged my hardwood floors. Samsung support has been terrible. It's been broken for over a month and I still don't have a resolution. I'm done with samsung appliances. First the sensor that detects leaks went... kept giving code for a leak when none existed. After replacing the sensor the control panel went. Tried to get Samsung to help - they said no since the washer was 15 days out of warranty!!! Really? Yep. NEVER AGAIN BUY SAMSUNG.

Not clean enough for me

I’m actually returning it exchanging it for something else. I do not like the fact that it does not have a drying cycle as the evaporation cycle is great for energy savings but I do not like having wet dishes when I wake up in the morning. I also think my previous dishwasher cleaned my dishes much better as there is constantly residue left on these ones.
