    This dishwasher is terrible. It smells, does not clean well, and does not dry at all. The only thing I like is it is quiet.

    Can’t install need a extension to my water line because my dishwasher is not inches from water. So I sent it back waiting for the extension found out 2 week later when dishwasher was to be install they came without part again. I was told no one told the installer the he need the extension so again I sent it back. Policy say they can’t use my old one so I’m going to find a company that can order part and bring me a dishwasher, I’m tired of washing dishes. One month is enough

    Looks nice, drying is horrible

    Received a lemon of a dishwasher. Had to have a tech come out 3 times to attempt to fix the leaks from multiple locations. It was deemed unrepairable. Eventually received a refund. Washing performance is okay at best. Drying is abysmal. It never dried dishes all the way, even with a minimal load. Thankfully this was a lemon of an appliance because I would have been extremely disappointed to have been stuck with this machine for potentially 10 years.

    Has been leaking and it is less than one month old! We have had Samsung come out to service it. Ugh, will not buy a Samsung dishwasher again

    horrible machine, horrible experience with best buy, sales agent stated ALL samsung machines are smart and able to control from your phone. this is not the case, as well as the machine came defective. the dishwasher is passing current around the whole machine. i had to turn off the breaker to be able to open the machine after already getting shocked. dangerous hazard and best buy can only send someone a week away! horrible customer service.

    Bought this with high expectations. I did not realize that it counts if just air drying. Dishes do not get washed very well. For the price youd expect things dry and spotless

    I purchased 4 new appliances and the delivery and installation have been the absolute worst!! UGH...I continue to receive the error code 4C. The tech had to cancel the day he was due to come and now I have a dishwasher I have never used and still can't use. If you can purchase somewhere other than BestBuy I would beg you to purchase elsewhere.

    Did not get installed, because the wrong type of dishwasher was ordered. Based on the type of hook up in the home, American made dishwashers are more suitable..

    Good … but worked exactly for 2years and stopped working. Not sure if this dishwasher’s lifetime is just 2years.

    Disaster Install

    Disaster! Your installers refused to install. Refused to take it out of box. They said it would not fit. Told my husband to cut the countertop off and remove subfloor. REALLY! A dishwasher was there before! Where do you get these butchers? When we made the purchase at the store salespeople did not discuss size as an issue. We waited weeks to get it. Here we sit! Not sure I will buy anymore at Best Buy. I had luck in the past but this is sick!

    Bad line of dishwasher - Leaks and stops working

    Only had the dishwasher 4 weeks, it leaked out the front door, didnt finish the cycle, 2nd rack would not stay in the dishwasher and the door would not close. 2nd Samsung Linear dishwasher in two months with the same issues. Found out there is a recall on the dishwashers for Samsung. Defective product. Won't be buying Samsung appliances for a very long time!!!

    I’ve read the owner’s manual but I still have a hard time getting it to start any wash cycle. It is disconcerting that it does not lock mid cycle. I’ve interrupted it several times. Lastly, I don’t know how effective the Release-dry cycle is…a lot of my dishes, glassware and utensils have a chalky film even after the rinse liquid is fully loaded.

    I was sent multiple emails ahead of my delivery and told to check off all the prep instructions. I was required to purchase a dishwasher hookup kit and "empty your old dishwasher". Upon delivery, I'm told that they do not hook up the dishwasher, nor do they remove the old one. So why did I have to do that prep?

    Hardly fits anything inside, the third rack takes away what little storage space there is. Nothing is ever the slightest bit dry. Started having an "LC" error within one month of using it which required a complete disassembly to let a sensor dry out. Quality and Performance are extremely poor.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I see you have some concerns with the StormWash 24" Top Control Built-In Dishwasher with AutoRelease Dry, 3rd rack, 42 dBA havign an LC error. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please know that we value your feedback. We will continue working on improving the quality of the products we offer.

      LC error is leak sensor detects moisture or the water reflector is blocked (Waterwall models only). When this code occurs, the dishwasher will turn itself on and will not turn off. During this time, it will attempt to drain the water away.

    I cant review an item that hasn't been delivered yet (dishwasher). Im also curious as to why when i purchased it the expected deliver date was 4/1/21, and two days before deliver i get only an email notification that the delivery date has changed to 4/26/21 and no explanation as to why. Communication about changes to delivery should be better.
