    Very Disappointed!!

    Door latch has broken after 11 months and apparently it happens quite often because there’s lots of folks that have had the same problems from doing a quick Google search. I really wish companies would use better parts instead of cheap plastic parts. Even though it’s still under warranty, I now have to wait two weeks for a repair person.

    Samsung Storm Wash Dishwasher

    Piece of junk-my 10 year old Maytag that this Samsung replaced did a MUCH better job-dishes not only come out dirty, they come out greasy-as if I didn't use any detergent! Very disappointing, as I heavily researched dishwashers, and this one had a very good review-guess I'm stuck with it now...BUYER BEWARE!!!

    Poor first impression

    Have the dishwasher for two weeks and it will not dry dishes - yes I am using rinse aid and yes the open door function is set. The door only opened for the first week and then quit. Even with it open, dishes were not dry. This dishwasher replaced a much cheaper whirlpool that ran well for 15+ years. I have to wait two weeks for a Samsung technician to come out.

    Didn't last...

    Worked well for two years and quit. Just displaying an error code and will not complete the wash. Tried to reset and had repair man come and work on ($225) it but it is dead. Now it is out of warranty and I have to replace. Pretty frustrating to die after 2 years.

    Latch does not stay shut

    Two months old and latch does not stay shut. Leaks water out of the bottom. Store does not answer and on line chat is worthless to get warranty assistance. Don’t purchase from Best Buy. At least Lowe’s and Home Depot answer their phone

    Does not drain

    I did the regular cleaning of filter and it stopped working with an error code SC and stopped draining. Called Samsung support after running all the trouble shooting and was told that a team will come but with a charge.

    NO integrated water softener

    Best Buy's website is inaccurate. This model does NOT have an integrated water softener. I called Samsung today to verify. BEST BUY please update your descriptions online accurately.
