Love the dishwasher. Quiet, for the most part cleans excellent. Every so often some silverware xould get cleaned better od a cup here or there. But overall very satisfied with this item

I gave this 4 stars only because it was not installed when it was not delivered. Had a problem with the electrical setup which the delivery guys could not fix. Needed to get a electrician to fix the setup. Other than that, I love my new dishwasher. It's quiet, matches the rest of my other appliances and cleans my dishes very well. No complaints.

Install it myself, works great, pretty quiet, really clean dishes. very easy to operate. Great choice. Can't complaint at all. very satisfied.

The quietest dishwasher I have ever had. Cleans very good and you cannot tell that is running. The inside is very well made and has the third rack as a bonus. It also looks beautiful.

I've had this dishwasher for 3 years, delivered in November 2020. I do like it, but there are a couple of things to consider before purchasing. First of all, the filter is not easy to clean. It's not like other dishwashers where you just turn the filter and pull it out. The filter has at least 11 screws that have to be removed and you have to disconnect the storm wash and sprayer to get the filter out. It is a very involved job and a poor feature, in my opinion. The second thing about this dishwasher is that I have to thoroughly clean my dishes before I load them, otherwise there are food particles still left on them after the load is done. It's a nice looking dishwasher, and maybe with a water softener it would clean the dishes better, but I would not buy it again. Mainly because of that filter!

Really an excellent machine. Easy controls in terms of getting the dishes clean, which they are, although there are a few features I haven't quite figured out yet. It is quiet, cleans well, and opens the door at the end of the cycle to allow air drying.

Nice and quite, love the 3rd shelf and how easy it is to use or change it around.

My dishwasher sings me a little song when the cycle is complete and pops open the door for the addition of air to dry Love the top shelf for big spoons and knives I always say Thank You when I hear the little song!

Dishwasher is super quiet and cleans all items in all racks perfectly! The power scrub area even cleans off burnt-on food. Only caveat, which doesn't affect the review of this product, is that the dishwasher installation kit that was ordered/delivered from Best Buy does not work well with this dishwasher. That kit contains a hard right-angle elbow. The plastic nut that Samsung recommends using for the connection to this dishwasher does not bend around the hard right angle. Had to get a rounded angle from the hardware store to complete the connection using the recommended nut supplied by Samsung. Yes, the brass nut that came with the kit would have worked, but I'm a firm believer in using the recommended installation procedure so as not to void the warranty.

This is not my first dishwasher, but it is definitely my best. The dishes come out sparkling. The 3rd rack is a wonderful bonus and it is the quietest, I can barely hear it running.

We’ve had this dishwasher for about a month so I can’t attest to its longevity but so far, so good. I will say quality wise it seems to be on the cheap side so I’d recommend handling it pretty gently with care. Be mindful closing/opening the racks as well as the washer door. It will definitely ding/dent very easily if not careful. Cleaning is efficient and it’s quieter than my last dishwasher. We upgraded all appliances and Samsung had all of the correct measurements for our kitchen so we decided to try them out.

My first choice was a Bosch, however the model was not available fromover a month and the old dishwasher would not drain , making it unusable. This model from Samsung was comparable in features and price and was available in a few days, Installation is difficult on this machine, the water line connects in the rear of the unit unlike other dishwashers which have the water valve in the front for easy access, once a new hole was drill underneath and the water line connected trying to slide the dishwasher into place is a two person job, one to slide it back and the other to pull the water supply so it doesn’t kink, since i was by myself it was a few trips up and down the stairs to pull the water line back. There is no opening underneath to see what you’re doing, also the electric line was be fed thru a channel to connect in the front ( at least they got that right ) Turned the water and power on and of course got an error code about blocked water supply. Pulled the unit back out drilled a larger hole for the supply line so it wouldn't kink, got someone to help and it then worked That being said the dishwasher is very quiet and does a good jib cleaning, its only been in for a month so reliability is unknown, the old Jennair was installed in 1995 so it lasted 26 years.. teh average lifespan of new models seems to be around 10.

We have had it about a month now and everything is perfect. It was a breeze to install and is super quiet when it’s running. The dishes all come out clean and there have been no issues. Great product and a great value!

We love our new dishwasher. The third rack is a game changer, the operation quietness is exceptional and our dishes are sparkling. Completely recommend this product!

Great Dishwasher, very quiet, works great, love the auto release feature to help with drying. Racks are set up perfectly and the third top rack is great for silverware.

I had never seen the 3rd rack before and I love it. It runs fairly quietly and usually cleans well. There is often grit left over inside my glass drinking glasses, and sometimes left on other dishes. This mostly happens when I use the Express 60 cycle, so it does take more time, energy and water. I still like the machine and there was only one other model I would even consider over this one.

Works about as good as any dishwasher. Have to run on high heat to get the stuck on food off. The popping open at the end of the cycle seems to help the dishes dry better. Decently quiet.

Excellent dishwasher. It is fairly quiet and does a great job of cleaning, without leaving any spots. Also, love the small top rack for utesils
