Machine is quiet, and dries great thanks to the auto open feature. Some plastics remain a bit wet but that's to be expected. All in all it does the job nicely!

I fell in love with my new dishwasher. It’s incredibly quiet. Now I can start my dishwasher anytime I want, and not worry about the noise. The design is very beautiful. I love the finish.

Love my new dishwasher! That third shelf is great for large utensils, small bowls, and lids! It holds more dishes, and utensils than my older unit. That mays it wonderful for parties, and family get togethers.

This dishwasher exceeds my expectations!! I LOVE the 3rd shelf but more importantly i love how quiet it is. My favorite feature is the door opening automatically with the dry cycle! I couldn't love this more.

Had to replace our Sears Kenmore Elite. Love the look of this ,the black stainless is beautiful, but easily is scratched. As a dishwasher it does a decent job, but pay attention to how the manual says to load plates and bowls. They won't come clean if not loaded the proper direction, etc. When trying to figure out why the Sears Kenmore was better at cleaning and easier to use I found that the water jets in the Kenmore were better. They pressurized the water making each water stream a powerful jet, unfortunately this Samsung doesn't do that. Overall, a decent but not great dishwasher.

No complaints. Gets the job done. Seems well built. Well insulated, and includes an adhesive foil strip to apply to underside of counter to help avoid moisture damage to counter from steam. The Mrs really likes the top (3rd) shelf.

Replaced the kitchen appliances with Samsung, and quite pleased with the dishwasher. It runs very quiet, has super capacity, and does a heck of a job on the dishes.

Had for 3 years started not washing right both racks started to catch rust and pieces braking off.. catching rush on the bottom around propeller. Started not washing right 2 years after purchase , had a service tech come out 1 time didn’t do anything to it said nothing was wrong with it, I schedule a second service call see what happens next with the next tech. My biggest issue it’s not washing right like when it was brand new

This is the best dish washer I have ever had. I am so glad I spent the little bit more money on it. My previous dishwashers would leave particles stuck inside my glasses/cups and things would not always end up very clean. I have not had a single dish that is not clean in this dishwasher. With storm wash it is incredible. And BTW the 3rd shelf is awesome too!

Just glad it still works, my samsung was a disaster, so this unit runs well and quite, no leaks and cleans pretty good.

So far so good. I replaced a top of the line GE dishwasher that was a lemon so hoping this one will have longer life. It’s very quiet and has the third rack which I thought I would never use but use all the time.

Love it except bottom rack is a little weird for dish placement. Init is very quiet, cleans and dries very well,

We upgraded from a 1990 Kenmore to this 2020 Samsung. It was an easy install and a perfect fit with our other Samsung appliances. It is easy to operate, has sufficient programs for our needs and cleans and dries the dishes better than the 1990 washer we replaced and is extremely quiet. And Best buy delivered within 7 days as promised.

We purchased this model because it included a food grinder, replacing a portable Kenmore model that also had a food grinder and cleaned VERY well. Unfortunately, this Samsung doesn't clean much better than low-end models I've used in the past. Unless you rinse your dishes first, it leaves a significant amount of food particles on the dishes – even after I started skipping every other row for plates and bowls. I expect a dishwasher to live up to its namesake and wash the dishes (which our previous Kenmore portable DID). Further, it came with a broken tab on the top-most sprayer. While that sprayer arm was replaced at no cost, the crimping type mechanism designed to hold the top sprayer in place doesn't do a great top. Lastly, the non-button type hidden controls are not easy to use. After four months, I still haven't figured out if there's an exact spot Samsung wants me to press to operate the button, or if the button expects me to press and hold. In its favor, it is exceptionally quiet, which for our small house is very nice.
