Does a good job drying plastic bowls after washing. One complaint - the kickplate bowed out a bit and interfered with the door when fully open. Best buy sent a repairman who effectively fixed this design flaw, not exactly sure how.

But I got the other version of it that has the control buttons on the front of it. I love the third rack option and the storm wash is our favorite! Samsung is an amazing company and makes well made products!

This thing works awesome and it is so quite. We just love it. Not sure about 3rd shelf but we are figuring it out. Storm wash really works. Kind of blew us away when in last 5 minutes it opens by itself, but it is so cool. Great dishwasher that has many good features that we wanted.
