However, our old broken one cleaned the dishes a LOT better than this brand-new dishwasher. For example, last night I did the FULL wash cycle on a load of dishes, but when I went to put the dishes away this morning, about HALF of the dishes were still very dirty! I ended up having to re-wash BY HAND many of the dishes! The dishes had been all stacked properly and pre-rinsed, but they still came out dirty! I am not happy with this product. Drying was also initially an issue, but as recommended, we bought the drying solution for it and that seemed to help.

I was pleased with my purchase, and would repeat it with the next property. I wish the dark stainless weren't as expensive, but no work-around for that.

You can barely hear it when your in the kitchen. Bottom rack can be problematic, as cereal bowls don’t stack properly. If the bowls touch, that portion of the bowl will not be cleaned. It took a lot of trial-and-error to figure out the best way to rack the dishes.

It holds a lot of dishes and cleans very well. Love the open door drying method! Dries dishes better and uses less energy.

It does not always get the dishes clean unless rinsed very well. The dry cycle with the fan and pop open door is a plus. All in all very satisfied .

The express 60 mode doesn’t seem to clean as well as well as I like. Normal and heavy modes clean very well. My assessment is so-so.
