Washes great and it looks good. Easy to install too

love this dishwasher, but our first one died unexpectedly after only 3 months. Was very glad to have Samsung and Best Buy stand behind the product, even though it took almost 6 weeks to get a new one installed. So far, so good on the new installation (6 weeks in). Performance as far as actually dish cleaning goes is superb as long as you rinse the dishes and use high quality soap. Really love the adjustable layout, extra space, and the drying cycle at the end.

We have only had it a few months, but so far, we really like it. It’s definitely better than the older model we had previously. Great service too, we got it very quickly.

I really like this dishwasher, its the right size with the features I wanted and perhaps most importantly its much more quiet that all the dishwashers I've owned in the past

Better looking, less noise, takes the same space as last dishwasher and I get 30% more dishes washed at a time. You tell me.

This was an exchange for a whirlpool dishwasher that was defective out the box( locking tab broke during install ). Overall quality, ease of use and available features are a step above the whirlpool unit for the same price. So far so good!

It has more space to put utensils and is so quiet that you can sleep even it’s working compared to our previous dish washer.

We've had this dishwasher since May and, overall, it is pretty good. We love how quiet it is. However, the jets or washing mechanism is not very powerful. It just doesn't remove stuck-on food very well. I have to scrub dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. Maybe I'm using the wrong setting or detergent but we've tried many settings and detergents.

Free delivery and set up is a joke. They delivered my dishwasher made a bunch of excuses why they couldn’t install it. Told me to get a plumber and have him install it. Dumped the new one off in my garage and left. Cost me 200 dollars to hire plumber to install it. Now I have old one setting in garage. They were supposed to take it. Will not be trusting them anymore for appliances. Love dishwasher but not service. Joyce Tribe

It’s a dishwasher and does it job. It was on sale and cheaper then the one without 3rd rack. I love the hidden button.

Very Good appliance and wash operation is quite. Well worth the price.

Tbh, it's not that great. We use all the good liquids it suggest to use, and I pre rinse everything (even though it says we don't need to) and 50/50 it'll clean everything great or it leaves residue/film on dishes. The auto release dry sucks. I would say at least 75% of the time we still have to hand dry everything that comes out after the cycle is done. Next purchase is definitely going to have heated drying. If you don't buy it on sale, I wouldn't bother looking into this model at all. One thing I will say though, is definitely quiet, I can appreciate that.

The Samsung - StormWash™ Top Control Built-In Dishwasher with Stainless Steel Tub, 3rd Rack, 48 dBA - Black stainless steel is a great unit hands down. I replaced a 20 year old GE Performance Plus unit and the difference in the level of noise and the cleaning power is phenomenal.
