As other 1 star reviews mentioned, there is a metal piece held on by rivets that holds the tub seal in place. The repair man samsung sent us agreed it was not fixable. Samsung customer service has been terrible. There is 1 year of warranty for this. The most help after hours of time on the phone was an "ecoupon" only for their website. However, no dishwashers are even available and they are all more than double the price we paid for our dishwasher when bought new. Avoid samsung. Poor products and poor support.

It is difficult to know it is running especially compared to my old one. The 3 levels are amazing and removable tines on the lower rack are super helpful. The adjustable 2nd tier is also awesome and not well advertised. I'm not 100% sold on the lack of a heater element for drying though :-) I regularly have water sitting on objects after a few hours.

I’ve honestly thought about returning this dishwasher. At the beginning the smell coming from the inside was horrific with only 4 to 5 dishes inside. Finally that seems to have resolved itself. Used it yesterday packed with dishes and when I opened it this morning apparently the detergent had not fully dissolved. The dishwasher is on again for another cleaning. If it does not resolve itself within the next couple of days I’m going to send it back. I thought that purchasing another Samsung product was going to make me a happy camper. Right now I am not!
