Posted .Hello DeannaSmith, I understand how frustrating it can be when results and expectations do not meet. Our dishwashers use condensing dry technology. The auto release door feature assist with the drying performance but you do have the option to disable it. In the user manual on page 12 provides directions on turning the auto release feature on/off (https://bit.ly/3dirIDL). I love that. I keep turning it on by mistake because of where the buttons are.

My only complaint is the spacing between the shelves but I guess with it having 3 racks and having to be a certain height for my cabinet it makes sense. We are able to fit most things in it still.

expensive parts
