No matter what cycle is run, there are food particles on much of the load. A normal cycle runs 2 hrs and 46 min, and even with careful placement of dishes, using a high quality detergent and rinse aid.I would not recommend this item. I thoight I did thorough research and always liked samsung until now. Bought the entire Samsung suite, and so far the microwave seems the best product of the four.

It really gets the dishes clean even when I don't wash them first (something my husband makes fun of me for doing). The service at Best Buy was good once someone was actually able to help me. I did have to wait for almost a half hour before someone could help me, which was a little frustrating considering the store was not really that busy.

I like the clean front look of this machine, very streamlined looking. But in the 2nd year there have been times we have to run a second rinse from the grit left behind, the bottom rack is hard to keep on track and now the side trim is coming off making it very difficult to push in the bottom rack and close the door. That part is the most frustrating.

Its like buying a new car without a battery! I was not aware that there is a separate package that the customer needs to buy. The package is about $70 on top of the dishwasher...

The power cable is not included to ensure the length is properly measured to reach the unit and the power outlet and also to enforce the local electrical code.
