When washer arrived door was dent so they had to take it back and get me another one the second one that I received worked for six months and then stopped working. They said that the warranty was no longer valid so I have a $700 dishwasher that doesn’t even work, been trying to get it repaired for three months through geek squad another telling me they the warranty with them is no longer valid and I have to pay $90 just for them to diagnose it and then pay for the repair and parts so I have a dishwasher that wasn’t even a year old that didn’t work and I had to pay for it to be fixed. Do not buy Samsung.

This replaced my Sear’s Kenmore that was here when we bought the house. It’s amazingly quiet and does a good job on the 60 minute cycle. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the interior space is smaller than what I had. I’m assuming that’s because they used more insulation to keep it quieter.

Not impressed. I had read good things about this Samsung...but found it not to live up to the promises. Yes, it is quiet. But, we must use the extra hot setting every time or dishes do not get clean. And sometimes the soap door doesn't open or deliver the soap pod...so we need to run it again. We need to wash dishes before using...so what's the point? Also, because the unit opens upon finishing (to allow air drying), the door never quite opens. You need to push it down to load it. And the racks are...weird. I don't know how else to say it. The pins seem to go the wrong way... I wish we had going to see it before purchasing, but hesitated during covid... and I've always had great experiences with Samsung. The point is, we only used it a few times before we decided to return it - and then we were beyond our 30 days...so we are stuck with it. Making the best with it...but would not buy it again.

This dishwasher did not even last a whole year. It runs a cycle and then will not turn on again unless you disconnect it from power completely, wait, and then connect it again. The Samsung service center is completely unhelpful and has sent the same repair guy out twice who refuses to even service the dishwasher and claims my electric is at fault. This repair person has twice tried to trick and gaslight us about the diswasher. I spent $400 (about half the cost of the dishwasher) having a licensed electrician certify that there is nothing wrong with my electric. I will never buy another Samsung product.
