The addition of the third rack for silverware is a nice feature. It would help if Samsung would include installation instructions for the rubber flap on the lower front of the unit. I had to go to the Samsung web site to figure out how to install it. Overall very satisfied with our purchase. Best Buy delivery was timely and efficient. Reps were very courteous and wore masks in my home which I appreciated.

A couple times a week we get an error message because it doesn’t drain the water and shuts off. This sucks because we start the washer to run while we sleep so we don’t see the issue until the next morning. To fix it, we just restart the cycle and it works. Big disappointment because we have a Samsung washer/dryer set and love it. We were planning on redoing the kitchen with all Samsung, but don’t think that will be happening now.

No leaks as I can’t say the same for some other Samsung dishwashers (on the higher end) It does make some noise while running but I would take this before the 2 leaking washers I had before.

When opening the door, it does not open all the way and you can tell that the machine was built with quite a bit of plastic parts. I would not buy this machine again.

So if you are a person who prewashes before loading and doesn't load it full, then it works just fine. I am a busy mom that expects a $700 dish washer to actually do the job. I'm disappointed.

My glasses sparkle just like brand new! Also, everything is DRY when the cycle is finished!! I didn’t know that was even possible! Highly recommend this product!
