Loved it it really good and affordable and looks dood

This is the first time ever I use a dishwasher. I never thought I would approve of a dishwasher that would do a better job than I do.

Everthing i needed and more. Works great and looks great too!

We had to go through series of replacements - from GE to LG and finally found this great appliances. All other appliances had sensor and or drying issue. This one excelled. Lesson Learnt. Stay away from GE and LG in dishwasher business.

This replaced the other one I had that lasted only 2 years

I bought the dishwasher and it cames with a lost piece. I couldn’t solve my problem even with Best Buy or Samsung. I am using a old piece from another dishwasher.very disappointed

After getting 2 of the same dishwashers and having issues went with a different model. Although when working it was VERY quite.

I was a little worried about this dishwasher. I looked at the reviews online and there were a few negative reviews. I think they were just really picky people. I have had no issue with this dishwasher. The door pops open for the last 10 minutes of the wash, but that does not bother me at all.

Dishwasher still not installed properly after 2 visits, first by contract installer, then by Geek Squad. Dishwasher was for rental property and despite asking multiple times to contact tenant directly for install, seemingly clear directions couldn't be followed. Same issue happened a couple years back with a refrigerator purchase. Will never purchase appliances from Best Buy. This is all the reason to give the business to local retail. Best Buy too big and customer service is awful. They just don't car.

Upgrade to this dishwasher and like the efficiency.

Replaced an old working dishwasher for this piece of junk. It worked for about 3 weeks before throwing codes. The system decided the best way to deal with the issue is refuse to shut off and continue to run the drain pump. Have to unplug it to get it to shut off (there is no leak). Samsung sends a technician over to fix it and he doesn't have the right parts, so had to order them. A week later he comes back with the parts and installs them, it works for a couple days and the same issue repeats itself. We have now been without a dishwasher for about 2 of the 6 weeks we have owned this and have been told we need to wait for them to try and fix it. So now I could be looking at months of a broken dishwasher that I just bought brand new! I used to be a very loyal Samsung customer and regrettably have a full house of their products, that loyalty has been slain. Steer clear!

This purchase was cancelled. No fault of Best Buy, just not the right time to make the purchase.

Installed the unit. On the first run it errored with OC error. Made sure the setup was done correctly. Tried it again, this time it ran successful. Now it runs 1 good cycle and then errors on the next cycle with the same OC error. Had Samsung Service Out and they ran diagnostics that said it was fine. Then it errored the next cycle they left. Samsung is now exchanging the unit.

I love the fact that the dishwasher had no handles. Super nice!
