The "condensation drying" is not effective at all. The way it was explained here was misleading. Everything was wet! I followed the recommendation of using the "sanitize" function and adding finishing liquid, and it helped but not much. So if you are hoping for a washing machine that dries, I would not recommend it.

Today makes one year and 12 days I've owned this dishwasher and it has BROKEN basically DIED. I am so disgusted...the dishwasher I had previously owned lasted 15 years.

I have had it for a year and a month and the stainless steel tub is cracked which is insane. I had geeksquad come out to see what was wrong with it and they said they rarely see a cracked tub. Since we didn’t buy extended warranty now we’re dealing with Samsung. This has become extremely inconvenient and expensive.

Doesn’t clean

Most of the reviews are good, but be warned. A few others have mentioned that it doesn’t wash dishes well. Neither does ours. The depth of the unit is a bit long as well, I may have to cut some dry wall out to get it to fit in in the base cabinets correctly. 3rd rack is a pain. I thought it would be a nice feature, but what it really does is rob the other two racks of space. We can’t fit our larger cutting board in this one, the Maytag unit that we had-worked better and fit more stuff. If I could go back a few days before I ordered this, I would prevent myself from buying it. Anyways, We’re stuck with this unit. I regret buying it. Good luck if you buy it.
