Replaced because detergent dispenser didn't open one third of the time. New replacement has same issue, but more frequent. Only works about 50% of the time. Will be contacting Best Buy for a replacement.

The Samsung is quieter than the old Bosch but I think the old one cleaned slightly better. Occasionally there will be something on the top (middle?) rack that just doesn’t get clean, which is why I give it a 4 out of 5.

THE DISHES DO NOT DRY YOU MUST USE A RINSE AID AND STILL WET. DISHES DO CLEAN VERY WELL AND IT IS A 3 HOUR CYCLE TO WASH.
