Samsung open box dishwashers are a great deal and it's working great for me I like the extra rack. Because it was open box I had to glue the control panel back into place but everything works perfect

This dishwasher is great. The storm wash feature really gets the very oily stuff clean. Would buy again.

It's really a nice dishwasher. Looks nice and works fine. It has easy to understand digital controls. One of the best things I like about it is that it's so quiet. I recommend this dishwasher.

Slightly disappointed in this dishwasher. Not sure if it's just the Samsung brand or them all, but our plates don't fit in the lower rack standing straight up in the slots. They hit the upper rack, she we have to slant them at a weird angle taking up more space than otherwise if they'd fit. Our plates fit fine in our old GE dishwasher, but they don't in this one. My advice would be be on the lookout for this. As weird as it sounds, I wish I would have test fit a plate into each brand before buying this. I just assumed it would fit and I was wrong. Everything else works fine.

I love the features and additions on the dishwasher. Some of my dishes haven't gotten all the way clean though. I'm not blaming the dishwasher yet. My selection of the right wash or even the detergent I'm using could be to blame so I'm trying out different combinations. It seems like it should be better than what is has been. The jury is still out.

Had delivered and installed by Best buy team and very happy with everything so far. I need to try to read how to trouble shoot a bad smell coming from the dishwasher but overall i am very pleasantly surprised with this model. love the 3rd rack, love the sanitize options, love how quiet it is and it looks great with the rest of the black stainless appliances.

The Dishwasher works great and cleans the dishes super well but as a side note, I use Cascade Platinum pods to clean as well as finish rinse aid.

This dishwasher is very efficient and quiet - which were two features that were very important to me! It hold alot of items at one time and has all of the functionality that I desire in a dishwasher.

This dishwasher cleans the dishes well. I love the third rack. My only concern is the buttons to turn it on…sometimes I have to push it several times before it registers my touch. Every time I’m afraid it won’t turn on.

Excellent value for money product. It's ready to operate. It has a third rack for cutlery which gives more space at the bottom rack. It's drying feature is excellent. Overall anexcellent product.

This dishwasher runs very smoothly as well as quietly. It has many features in terms of wash cycles and aesthetically, it looks beautiful! I especially enjoy the end cycle where the door pops open!

Great dishwasher. Controls are easy to use. Quiet & cleans well. The warranty & the Total Tech package a great values. My first one had to be replaced and ti was an easy process.
