We had the dishwasher for 3 months and it stopped working. I gave me an error code indicating leaking. I am grateful I got the Geek Squad service contract. The technician replaced the motor and still leaking. The entire unit had to be replaced. It washed the dishes okay. The plate rack on the bottom had the plates way too. close. I

Slides all the way out and you sometimes have to realign it to get it back in. Easy when it's empty. Not so easy when it's full. Washes well. I like the 'short' 1 hour cycle. I had a professional grade machine before this one and the shortest cycle was 80 minutes.

First was a broken bracket then a broken hinge. Be sure to review product top to bottom, with a cycle. Once it came in perfect condition, the product has worked flawlessly. Super easy to install.

It just stopped working and I found out the installers had no clue what they were doing and almost burned the house down. I would not ever trust Best Buy TotalTech with anything electrical. The wire nuts that were on the neutral and ground wires had melted. The hot wires were just twisted and taped but the tape is all burnt off. Best Buy wants to charge me $125 to just diagnose the problem. The problem is their installation.
