Lower seal on door cracked and deteriorated after only 2 years. The design does not permit for simples replace, but instead full replacement of the door panel is needed. A better design and material selection is needed. Samsung needs to do better. Recommend avoiding any Samsung product with simlar design on lower door seal.

Even on storm wash, it made other dishes dirty and the silverware basket, recommend not to use it because NOTHING gets clean in it. Kind of disappointed because our old dishwasher broke. Stuck with this one now.

It needed service after less than a month because it would not run full cycle. The buttons are inconveniently placed so when it's closed the buttons are hidden by countertops

When I looked at it, it was marked in excellent condition and had no visible problems. When it got to my house, it was destroyed. From the look of it, it had been strapped too tight in the truck. It was bent on the front, bottom and back. I didn't see all that until the installer left. When I ran it for the first time, it started losing interior parts so it didn't wash well. I immediately asked for a refund and replacement. Bought a NEW one that is still not installed. Won't buy open box appliances again unless I can take it and install it myself.
