    I love it!! I really like that the door opens after the last cycle which both lets you know it’s done and finishes drying the dishes!

    This is a very quiet dishwasher...I don’t think it’s worth getting a lower dba but that’s maybe just me..we usually wash before bed so you don’t even hear it upstairs

    This machine is beautiful, easy to install, and appears to be well made. However, after owning it for a few weeks the dishes were coming out more dirty than they went in. The dry cycle isn't a traditional dry, and the door pops open to allow the water to evaporate. Didn't work to well with little ones, or our curiosity cat. Ended up returning it.

    Very spacious dishwasher. I really like that the drawers are adjustable for spacing of your dishes and pots. The third rack is really useful too!

    It looks good, however in the first 4 washings, the soap dispenser did I not open half of the time. I

      Hi Gigi! According to page 27 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/38r7Qeh), if the detergent remains in the dispenser after a cycle, make sure large items such as cookie sheets, cutting boards, or containers, etc. are not blocking the detergent dispenser and preventing it from opening properly. Rearrange the dishes so they do not interfere with detergent dispenser operation. ^Jecca Samsung

    That 3rd rack up makes the lower ones almost unusable as you can’t fit anything bigger than 10” or they will block the washing blade. Forget cutting boards, long knives, mixing spoons, etc. Also, dishes need to be very flat type to fit in, anything with a curve will have to be fit in at a big angle and you end up putting much fewer items in. Dishes come out dirty often, even as simple as coffee cups. We’re returning it this week.

    Not worth the money. Had it installed and hated it. The third shelf is useless and takes up space that would allow for a bit more room for pots and pans. At the end of the wash cycle it automatically opens the door and vents, which would be okay if this really helped with the drying process.

    My last samsung dishwasher was really quiet. This dishwasher is VERY loud. I am very disappointed with it. I don't like the way the bottom tines fold down. The only thing I think they did well on this one is the 3rd rack is deeper than most and holds more. I would not recommend this one.

    1 year 1 month , cannot turn on , do not buy Samsung no idea what to do who to contact . I am sure Samsung makes now fruit dish washer for sure. If Samsung read this please respond to me .

    One month in to owning this, purchased new with professional installation and with GeekSquad service plan, and already it does not turn on after a cycle without a full reset (cutting and restoring power) GeekSquad sent someone out, and they are currently going through weeks of troubleshooting as they can’t figure out why it’s not working. Very disappointing. Will be choosing a brand other than Samsung in the future.

    Bought a set of Samsung Appliances. Stove, microwave, fridge and this dishwasher. All other appliances are fine. This worked fine for 3 months then started having food debris on the dishes and silverware. Tried the usual steps, vinegar cleaning, bought dishwasher cleaning products, also used Finish Rinse aid and Lemony Shine with the Cascade Platinum diswasher pods as advised with every load. Finally called Samsung out and they told us that you need to 'pre-wash' every load... WHICH WE ALWAYS DO! So no resoltion to our dirty dishes which is really a dish rack, since we are washing dishes by hand now and only using it as a drying rack. Don't even try calling Samsung. It's a cluster *#@8! Will have to just buy a different brand of dishwasher.

    Useless dishwasher.. Doesnt work

    This thing doesn't work.. The third rack is basically useless and 2nd rack dishes will be clean maybe 60% times.. Samsung wont even acknowledge the issue, let alone fixing it.. We have complained to samsung 4 times and they will give us useless tips like use rinse aid, and that is the solution to everything.. Another useless answer is maybe hot water is not hot enough. Its hot enough for the lower rack but not hot enough for the upper rack.. great!!! they don't communicate with each other between complaints .. wow.. so professional.. (usually company would have notes for each complaint) ... representative 1 - maybe your rotator isn't functioning properly we'll replace the rotator.. then another guy comes in to replace the rotator, and he is like ohh rotator is fine.. I cant replace a functioning rotator.. I wish there was an option to give 0 star .. coz Samsung doesn't even deserve 1..

    No Power Cord Attached, Damaged Wood Rail Pack

    I was blown away to open the box and see it did not come with a power cord. I have purchased many appliances at Best Buy and they all had everything needed. It never occurred to me to specifically check the specifications to see if it had a power cord. Very disappointing. Additionally one of the packs of 2 wood railings were broken in two about 2 inches from the end. I do not think it will interfere with installation as the space I'm installing in is a good fit. Perhaps once I figure out how to get the power sorted, and get it installed I'll feel like giving it a better rating. but right now I'm extremely disappointed.
