This dishwasher however...doesn't actually wash anything... I have to for real hand wash everything...and then a lot of times drink glasses come out dirtier than they went in... Unfortunately I'm past the 45 day return window and am stuck with this Shat..

Doesn’t clean probably

Doesn’t clean and dry dishes ( utensils and plates)properly, it leaves the mark. It also doesn’t dry. My $400 kenmore was much better than this new dishwasher.

Brand New Dishwasher Leaks (LC error) - no support

We have had a repairman from Best Buy over to attempt to correct the leak (LC error), to no avail. So, we have a brand new product that does not work (a towel holder). And Best Buy does not stand behind the products they sell. The highest level escalated for our "ticket" admitted the same thing. Best Buy does not offer support. Only Samsung does.

Everything was great except the woman on the phone when I placed the order! She promised me the same tech as installed my last 5 items...... I got a totally different person after waiting longer for my install so I had the same person! The person they sent was AWESOME as well,.... just upsetting she didn't keep her word!

Other issue is that with the silverware drawer spacing is very tight if dinner dishes are not placed exactly right the spray nozzle hits them and jams... Not as uiet as the Bosch unit it replaced.

The worst dishwasher I’ve ever had

It’s been 6 months and rarely does it properly clean all the dishes in one cycle. I’ve changed the way that I load, followed all the instructions in the manual, changed detergent, rinse and, AND the temperature of the water in my house. I’ve even called Samsung and had the machine serviced (which was a huge waste of time). Almost nothing helps. Cleaning the filter is a nightmare, there are about 16 screws holding it in place. I have to disassemble the filter and clean it weekly to get decent results. The third rack is useless because nothing I put up there ever comes out clean. I’m currently looking for a replacement machine this has been a terrible 6 months with this product. Absolutely terrible.

This dish washer has been such a hassle since we got it. It does not matter what brand of soap/detergent we use or rinse aid, the dishes do not get clean. Even washing them before they go in they come out DIRTY. We have called Samsung multiple times, tried all the different settings, moved the dishes around, and still constantly have issues. We have tried detergent pods and even opened the dishwasher after a full cycle only to find the pod intact on the bottom.... We measure out the detergent and have tried different amounts. Nothing works. Don't waste your money.

The dishwasher won't even turn on anymore. I checked the breaker and everything is good on that end. Best Buy wants to charge $124.99 to come down to tell me it's broken then tell me how much to fix it. If that's possible. Best Buy is selling junk for $645!

All this machine does is take 2-3 hours to spread food all over your dishes. It’s 25 months old and I’m hand washing everything after he cycle completes. There is no removable filter to clean. I use high quality detergent and a rinse aid. I’ve used dishwasher cleaners to try and fix the issue. Compete trash.

Very disappointed in this Samsung dishwasher. If you are considering buying a dishwasher I would advise buying a different brand. I had high hopes for this product and I feel let down. I'm a diehard samsung fan but they should stick to phones. Period. I have a Samsung dishwasher, a Samsung microwave (bad choice) and a Samsung refrigerator. I give 1 star for the dishwasher and microwave, 4 stars for the refrigerator. I'm disappointed enough with Samsung that I am considering an I- phone.

Frequently there is residue that has not washed off. We are cleaning the items by hand or a second wash. We use middle to high end detergent.
