But, after installation, the unit wouldn't drain properly and kept throwing trouble codes. We kept thinking it was our drain system but turns out that there multiple level sensors in the back of the unit and were sure one of the fur got damaged. Will be returning and getting same but new.

Best Buy Installation is a disaster

You need to use down pressure on the door because it wants to close.

This dishwasher was fine, the only problem was... It couldn't wash my dishes. I even put clean dishes in it, and they would come out dirty! I went back in to Best buy in Henrietta, NY and spoke with Max. After explaining the situation Max help me do a return and order a Bosch 500 series dishwasher, that one works much much better. Max and everyone at Best buy where fantastic to work with, they knew I wasn't happy with the Samsung and took care of the problem. Hopefully the Bosch lasts a long long time!
