Worst dishwasher (buyers beware)

Now lights are flashing and OC code comes up. I reached out to the appliance store and they told me it was a bad drain pump. $365 for the part and $150 to install. That was approximately the cost to purchase new. Samsung dishwasher sucks and I would never buy 1 again and I will tell everyone I know to never buy this product. Warranty is expired and I just had to purchase a new dishwasher for $900. Piece of crap!!!!

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please know that we value your feedback. We will continue working on improving the quality of the products we offer.
LC- The dishwasher's leak sensor detects moisture or blocked water reflector (Waterwall models only). When this code occurs, the dishwasher will turn itself on and will not turn off. During this time, it will attempt to drain the water away. Here is the error code link for more details.

An installation issue, for instance, will require you to inspect the drain hose, water supply hose, and leveling legs if the leak is severe. In this case, you can check some other things, such as the detergent drawer.

Now in process of having a part time job trying to get Samsung to honor their warranty. Getting ready to just close out all business with Best Buy after 20 years as a shopper. This is the second appliance that has broke in under a year. All of it is total trash made only to get double the money out of your customers for supplement warranties since the factories no longer care about service or quality.

Had to fix the draining hose and since the hose was bent for so lomg - dishwasher didny drain properly which caused the dishwasher motor to burn out. Warranty wasnt honered by best buy. Have to repurchase a new dishwasher elsewhere
