    Wish my previous Samsung didnt break

    This dishwasher may be a higher grade than my previous Samsung dishwasher, but it does not clean the dishes. I have cleaned the filter, in a brand new dishwasher, I use the sanitize option and use Borax as a water softner and cleaner in addition to dishwasher soap. BUT the dishes, especially the glasses, have a fine grit left in them. And yes, I use rinse aid. I wish my original purchase did not break, I miss her, she actually did her job. She got my dishes clean.

    Don’t waste your money! Quit working within 6 months and dealing with Samsung for the repair has been an absolute nightmare!

    Not a Good Dishwasher at all. My 20 year old dishwasher washed better than this . Extremely long cycles and Poor washing ability .

    Having problems and Samsung is giving the runaround. Been out twice, still haven’t fixed it, and now they’re pushing back on replacement.

    Had to replace this unit 2 times in 3 years. Pump failure in less than three years?! It should be a crime to sell something of such low quality at such a high price. Insane. Samsung dishwashers are an absolute nightmare. I will never buy another Samsung appliance.

    Control panel died within 3 weeks of purchase and just beyond the 15 day return period. Samsung is sending a tech, but I didn't spend $900 on a dishwasher to have it break right away. Do yourself a favor, buy the extended warranty. I would if I could at this point. It's incredibly asinine that Best Buy has only a 15 day return period.

    Love that it opens when it’s done to allow dishes to cool. Like the idea that you can adjust a shelf but it’s very flimsy feeling

    This is the worst piece of garbage I have ever bought. After a little more than a year, the upper racks don't wash properly and Samsung has been out twice to fix it. Of course it's already out of warrantee so....... Their service people can't find the problem, shake their heads and leave. Its been two months and I still can only use the bottom rack.

      Another thing to consider is your water pressure. The water supply pressure must be between 20 and 120 psi (pounds per square inch).

      Water pressure less than 20 psi will cause water supply valve failure and prevent the water supply valve from shutting off apart from not reaching the top racks.

    Samsung Dishwasher Warrantee Service Abysmal

    This machine was installed on 11/4 and failed to operate on 11/27. I called Samsung warrantee service on 11/28, 11/30 and 12/2, talking to agents whose English is nearly unintelligible, each promising that someone would call to make a service appointment. No one has yet. Extremely frustrating. What do you advise?

    This is the 4th delivery I've had to set; because the first time, the guy on the delivery said the door was defective; the second time they called to come install it because they thought it was already here, the third time, (today) install kit wasn't with it. NOW, I have to go back to the store and pick up and install kit ----we'll see if they do it next Friday. VERY ANNOYING!

    I can't believe this is a Samsung product. This is the worse dishwasher I have ever owned. It rarely cleans the dishes even though they are rinsed clean before they go into the dishwasher. Half the time there's still soap left inside at the end of the cycle. I've tried different brands of detergent and it's the same issue. I purchased this dishwasher January 2020 and I'm already looking for a replacement because this one isn't worth the trouble.

    Kudos to Samsung/Best Buy for allowing me to return this dishwasher, but honestly, it is the worst appliance I've ever owned. I purchased the entire Samsung kitchen suite of appliances when redoing my kitchen. This dishwasher actually made my glasses dirtier. No matter what I did, it was useless. I had it serviced twice, had my plumbing lines flushed, and had my water softener serviced to make sure nothing else was affecting it.

    in two years, two times service. and I paid almost 40% value for the service. reason lemon seed blocks the drain system! I requested service before 5 days warranty expired and they came after five days and charge me due to current date was out of warranty date, Samsung needs to do more engineering for appliances.

    The worst dishwasher I’ve ever owned

    I waited for a while before writing this review as I wanted to use the machine for a while first. And, this dishwasher sucks! My 12 year old dishwasher was better than this. I have to leave a space between plates, the top racks are almost useless - I have to re-wash cups and utensils on the upper racks. It’s a really useless dishwasher.
