After much screwing around manufacturer sent a service person who spent all of 5 minutes and told me it was the soap. worked for 4 more times then same code. Best buy will not support it for return or exchange. Avoid this model!

By far and away the worst Samsung product

I have owned for close to two years now and just about every roller or rail has broken. Best Buy technicians also installed in crooked and lopsided but never came back to fix it. Now the 3rd rack rail is broken.

The last 5 mins are magical as this dishwasher pops open to let the steam escape. Stone countertop is a must for this one! I love the silverware drawer at the top which leaves more room at the bottom for plates and cookware. Color is amazing!!!!

After only 9 months everything that came out of this dishwasher started smelling like rotten fish. We have followed the cleaning instructions in the manual (which are wrong).... but have cleaned it 3 times. No use. I would not recommend buying this dishwasher. (unless you like the smell of rotten fish)

Not a good dish washer.

Received it today, installed it as directed. Used it only one time, didn’t clean as it should. After that it didn’t stop even when Pressed on the power, didn’t stop until I plugged the cable out. Called Samsung customer service, they will send a technician in 8 days, I can’t wait for 8 days without dishwasher. I’m gonna return it and buy another brand.

Error code 4C is constant now for no reason

Now 23 days after purchase the diashwasher doesn’t work at all. The water line is Hot, and excellent pressure. The drain is perfect. The washer is level . Calling Best Buy has been futile at best. If I want to listen to music I’d turn on my stereo. Apparently I can’t return or exchange this.

I even called Samsung repair before trying to return it...and he said "It is what it is".... that's how it cleans, and that's how loud it is. Don't do it.
