Stay way do not buy. This dishwasher came with a dent and Best Buy gave me a credit which I thought was great, however, the dishwasher broke in multiple places, and since they applied the credit it void the warranty from them and Samsung which they did not tell me about.

We bought it as a part of a Samsung package of appliances and as the first one to be used, it hasn't met expectations. The rack adjustments either are too high to put glasses other than a basic size in or too low for the bottom rack to allow for cooking utensils like spatulas to fit without hitting the rack. The 3rd rack has enough room for what is is intended for but doesn't get things clean. In fact, I continue to find dishes not clean unless I basically prewash them and even then, I have found grease not removed. The racks are probably the worst feature, especially the botton rack. There are so many small slots that a regular ceramic bowl doesn't fit between them, let alone put a larger dish in. There is no way to adjust these either. Our old dishwasher allowed for folding down sections to place larger items. I also have to separate out dishes rather than fit in each slot because they are so close together the dishes won't clean at all. This may be going back which is disappointing since we wanted the matching black stainless. If the fridge and range are the same quality when they arrive (if they ever arrive), we may be starting over. Huge disappointment with Samsung in the appliance division.

Worst dishwasher I've ever owned

Does not clean well, stormwash is a small corner with a red layout, hardly anything of substance fits there. Have to rinse or practically put clean dishes in for it to do anything at all. Heavy wash cycle, sanitize, high heat wash, nothing helps, runs a 3 hr cycle and things still come out dirty.

The soap dispenser does not even opens up during the normal setting. Already installed. I wish I can take it back.
