So far so good. Was a little hesitant from some of the reviews. Very happy with it. Its quiet, sleek, 3rd rack is super helpful. Got it on sale for $649, some got it cheaper. Very happy with it. Dont listen to the negative reviews. They probably didnt hook it up correctly. This is a great dishwasher in that price range

It worked pretty well washing and drying, and has a few nice features but we have several complaints. In the first year, we found it didn't drain well a couple times time and the bottom was full of water. We did get it to drain eventually. To clean the filter, you have to disassemble the bottom component. This was just awful and involved taking out at least 10 screws. And believe me, you don't want to skip this for too long. Gross. After ONLY 3 YEARS, it already needs to be replaced. A few weeks ago, one of the tines on the top rack somehow split open and started rusting and then snapped off. Last week, it started making a burning smell so we turned it off. A bit later we heard it running again, confused. Well, no, we realized it wasn't running, it was trying to drain. Repeatedly. There was an LC error code flashing, which indicates a leak. We couldn't find a leak. Whenever we would turn it off, it would come back on and try to drain again, so we eventually unplugged it. We got a technician from BB to come take a look and said the ?sump assembly? needed to be replaced, which would cost $680 plus the service fee. I think we paid about $800 when it was new. So we are now shopping for a Bosch.

Does the job , quite , auto release is the best. Color is great

The dishwasher is quiet and cleans the dishes well. We have had this unit less than 6 months. However we have started getting an LC error. This means the unit has a leak. A common problem based on a google search. After contacting the warranty dept and multiple service calls its still not working. It been 3 weeks and the issue is still not resolved.

So far this one cleans better than our previous dishwasher. Love that it connects to Smartthings app.

Just freshly installed and running to flush out the system. I am 20' away and can *just* tell it's running. Honestly, if I wasn't paying attention, I wouldn't notice it. We upgraded from a Frigidaire with a plastic tub that was so noisy, the TV had to be nearly full volume to hear it. I'm definitely impressed so far.

Good dishwasher. Bit har to fit bigger plates. Otherwise as expected.

This was our first and last Samsung appliance. We bought for our new home because of reviews, price, and features. For about 2 yrs 11 mos, this dishwasher worked great and was super quiet. It was easy to install and had a nice finish within the cabinet. Then comes the noisy operation, probably doubling the decibel level, but still working. I'm handy so I researched and found videos of similar issues and how to fix. Everything leaned towards having debris, like plastic, stuck in the food grinding mechanism. I took it apart and found nothing in the system. Because we pre-rinse, there was barely any grime in there. It wasn't the drain pump making the noise so the only other culprit is the main motor. Between the cost of the motor and how difficult it would be to replace, we said we would just deal with the noise. Two months later, error code pointing to a leak. We had to unplug because it kept turning itself on and off. Time for a replacement! I might expect a product to last 3 years if I bought the bottom of the line dishwasher, but I didn't expect Samsung to be in that range. So I paid $220/yr for a piece of junk appliance. Now that I'm researching a new dishwasher, I've reviewed the well known consumer review information for 2024, and surprise surprise, Samsung are some of the worst models having reliability ratings of 2 out of 5 or 3 out of 5. They nailed it!! Stay away from Samsung dishwashers!

So far so good. Surprised by how quite it is. I guess our old one was really loud. At first, we didn't think this one was working - that's how quite it is. Appreciate the third rack. We can fit more in this than our previous one so they did great on space management.

This washer is reliable! It's fast and effective. Seems to get things a lot cleaner than our last one. I'd recommend!

Within the first year of owning this dishwasher, we had problems with it. From faulty sensors to not working properly. We had it serviced and even the repairman said that Samsung appliances have the most problems. Now, after 2 years of owning it, the motor burned out and it costs more to replace the motor vs buying a new dishwasher. Please do not buy this dishwasher or expect to deal with problems.

I bought this dishwasher because of the low noise level and can definitely say I can barely hear it running when I'm standing right next to it. Unfortunately, the dishwasher does not clean any of the dishes! I have to wipe off ALL residue on my dishes before I put it in the dishwasher, or it will stay on the dishes after the cleaning cycle is done. If there is any puddles in the cups after the cycle, the water in it looks cloudy and dirty, its disgusting and I have to re-clean it by hand! AND, I buy the super expensive dishwasher pods with the extra liquid detergent in it, and half the time after the cycle, the pod will be sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher, it didn't even dissolve! This dishwasher was the biggest waste of money, I clean half my dishes by hand now because I don't trust it cleans properly. Don't bother buying this dishwasher, you'll just end up re-cleaning all your dishes by hand

Pretty nice washer. Not as quiet as i thought and washes for a LOOONG time, but it works really well

It is quiet and does a good job but the racks rust within just two years. Samsung does not replace the parts despite it being in the warranty.
