after just under 4 years the auto door opener stopped working. Then a little after 4 years the plungers that are used to push the door open after the cycle stuck out and the door would not close. Oddly enough, the dishwasher would start running with the door open. Decent up until that point, though.

Leaves food particles on everything on the top shelf. We have to constantly remove the filter and run cleaning cycles, but it still does a bad job. To make matters worse, the filter is a real pain to clean. I will say that I like how energy efficient it is and that the door pops open to dry the dishes.

1 year into owning this dishwasher, pieces of the rack had started to warp from the heat. 2 years later, pieces are broken off and rusting. A new rack costs over $200, no warranty coverage?

I purchased this dishwasher in August 2021. So far I am very satisfied with the overall performance. The storm wash really helps with cleaning hard to clean dishes. I also like that you can lay large utensils on the top rack.

Dishwasher seemed nice but cosmetically the inside railings detached from the dishwashers and made it unusable

The single worst dishwasher ever. I've had a number of dishwashers in my life and none have been as mediocre and likely to break as this one. It can't get simple, easy foods off the dishes. The way it opens when it's drying is nice, but since the dishes are still dirty it's just drying the old food on there. Love the idea of the third rack, except that nothing gets cleaned there. I regret this purchase more than any other appliance I've ever bought. Don't make my mistake! Buy a dishwasher that cleans things!

This new dishwasher is a little louder than I would like, but for the money, it does a good job. I'm particular about how things fit inside dishwashers and the middle rack has too many prongs, making it difficult to put multiple small cereal bowls in at one time, though that's just my opinion.

I struggled with what rating to give this dishwasher. It does a great job washing dishes... I’m very pleased. The Storm Wash feature is great - really cleans even caked on baked on. But... at 14 months old... the metal gasket that holds the rubber seal started to give, to bend out, and kept the lower drawer from opening. Now, it’s completely broken and will require repair. It’s disappointing to have to repair a 14 month old dishwasher that was over $1,000 installed.

Very happy with this purchase. It does a great job cleaning dishes, including glasses. Love the third rack on top. Feel like this was a good value.

Item was excellent but the delivery service they use is awful. Super rude. Terrible customer service. Dishwasher works great though.

Working well as expected so far, no issues has been identified.

Few quirks but ok mine was an out of box purchase but have figured out it was used not out of box " misleading" but will be contacting geeks to fix if it dont get better

Within the first year the racks started to crack and rust. With two years the drain pump died and before the third year of owning it the control panel died. To fix everything I could buy a new dishwasher.

The rep at Best Buy talked us into buying this instead of the Bosh we wanted: boy was that a mistake! Just months after we got it, the drip plate started filling up with water causing the dishwasher to stop working. In order to fix it we had to put it on its side, drain the water, dry the tray and plug it back in. We have to do this every month. In addition to this, it does not dry properly, emits a foul smell, and occasionally stop draining the water. As soon as the warranty expired the take-in valve failed, too! This is the second Samsung product that lets me down. The other is the gas range NX58H9500WS/AA: the oven's igniter had to be replaced twice! NEVER buying Samsung again.

Was quiet for a month. Now it makes a new, loud and different noise about every other week. A month and a half into owning this we had the warranty guy come out. He said it's fine. In addition to that, the call center told me that my warranty was almost up after owning this appliance for less than 2 months. I sent Samsung every receipt that I have and have been told that none of those will work. Stay away from this dishwasher if you want a nice quiet appliance. Stay away from Samsung if you want any service. I'll never buy their appliances again. The refrigerator that we bought at the same time had a piece break off after 3 days. It's no wonder why, that piece was made out of plastic that felt like it came from a gumball machine. Again, stay away from Samsung if you want any kind of quality in your appliances.

This dishwasher is amazing and love the cycles. The dishes are completely dry and spotless at the end of the cycle.

Like many the riveted area came loose and causes it to be almost unusable. While I love having the third rack it's a hit or miss on if it actually cleans everything when I can get the bottom rack to go in and able to wash. Upset that this happened so soon after buying it, have tried to make it work, but will have to buy a new one soon as it's almost impossible to get the bottom rack to go in any longer.

Only had this model for 5 days, but really like it. Counter does not get warm like it did with old one running. The air dry is a great feature and see the storm wash cleaned well. Had some day old dried on stuff and it's clean! Best Buy did a fine job having it ready for pick up and loading.

Pure trash! I built a new kitchen 4 years ago. A little after a year the metal door trim started coming apart causing leaks with no way to reattach. Samsung ended up replacing it. Next one had all types of issues with leaks. A few months ago I kept getting error code for a leak. I couldn’t find issue initially. Finally I noticed that in the interior tub the back right corner had folded in causing a gap for water to pass through. Unbelievable! Ended up sealing it with a waterproof sealant and that worked. Newest issue is that washer burned out my electrical outlet. Put it in another outlet and it burned that one out too. Now I have no power in my island whatsoever. Let’s not even talk about the issues with the fridge. Thank you Samsung!
