Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The dishwasher is worthless. After a load, there is an inch and a half of water still in the tub. Moreover, the installer cracked or broke a pipe or valve (I’m not a plumber) and I now have a leak under my sink. I never had a leak there until he installed the dishwasher. He probably noticed it—how could he have not?—but he was in a big hurry to leave. I called about getting it all fixed—I have the warrantee—and was told they could get someone to me on 9/17. Today is the fifth. Needless to say, I am most unhappy about it all. Needless to say, I will not buy appliances from these bozos again. And I strongly urge anyone reading this to do likewise.

Had unfixable leaks.

They changed several parts that made no difference - it continued to leak. One service person asked if we washed pots and pans in it. Uh yes. He said the pots and pans were diverting the spray and that's why it leaked. We were baffled by this theory. It is a dishwasher. In the end Samsung and Best Buy did right by us and we replaced it with a Bosch.

I am being told it is more than likely a wiring issue that happened while in production. Samsung needs to stick to TVs and phones. Total disappointment... I LOVE wasting money, said nobody ever.

The warranty is only 12 months. Not worth the cost. It washed dishes fine but didn’t dry them well enough. But for the cost before needing is CB an expensive repair I would not recommend this.

I've uninstalled the dishwasher and wiped up the 'less than a teaspoon' of water from the plastic plate under the dishwasher multiple times. It continues to show the LC code. I've never seen a leak or any indications of a problem part. I called Samsung directly for customer support. They advised several customers have called in for the same problem. I'm not buying this brand of dishwasher again. It would cost less to buy a new dishwasher than have a guy come out and repair it. My last dishwasher was around 10 years old according to the manufacture serial number. This is ridiculous.

Worst Dishwasher Ever

I've had 3 service call for repairs of various pump issues. If you do happen to buy it, take out the very top rack. If you thought your dishes don't get cleaned, wait until you see how poorly the top rack silverware/utensils get clean. We've tried the good, better & best of detergents - liquid, powder & pods, boosters, it didn't/doesn't matter. Lastly (per Samsung repair person) "they are all junk"!

Are dishes would come out dirtier than when they went in and left black stains. We switched detergents, no luck. Had techs come out 4 times all saying nothing was wrong and it was basically a design issue and that they make poor products. Had to fight with Samsung for 4 months before they would do a exchange so I could buy a quality dishwasher. Also the whole time our dishwashers keeps on getting louder and louder. My car engine is quieter than this dishwasher. Please look elsewhere when considering a Samsung product. I will buy all my products from a different company from now on

The dishwasher went bad in the 10/2019 it was replaced with this model this unit went bad with a OC code in October 2021. I had 6 repaired visit they could not fix the unit. The Samsung repair men will tell you all kind of crap. One guy told the waste hose was too long the only problem is that it was the standard 6 foot hose. Thank God I had an extended warranty.I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG APPLIANCE. Buy another brand please.

It could not get sediment out of a salad dressing carafe they, prior to putting in dishwasher, was filled with water and soap and shaken. Cleaning is only reasonable using every possible options. everything must be hand washed first. I hate this machine.

Samsung has sent out a repairman 4 times and no one can fix it. Customer service is no help! So, we can't tell you if the dishwasher is quiet, cleans well, or anything. All we know is that it is a piece of crap and their service has done nothing to help. As of today, they said they will send out a repairman for the 5th time! PS - It's the same repairman every time and he knows when he leaves it's not working! Do not buy from Samsung!!!

Buyer beware -Fire

Called Samsung, could not get it to turn off. Was told someone would call me 24-48 hours . No one could tell me how to turn off machine! The have sent repair man out 6 different times . Each time I am given a 6 hour wait time. Still not fixed! Repair man has said last 2 times he can’t fix it. But Samsung giving me run around. Never will buy Samsung again!! Next time I will get Best Buy warranty so it gets taking care of.
