We upgraded from a 1990 Kenmore to this 2020 Samsung. It was an easy install and a perfect fit with our other Samsung appliances. It is easy to operate, has sufficient programs for our needs and cleans and dries the dishes better than the 1990 washer we replaced and is extremely quiet. And Best buy delivered within 7 days as promised.

We were selling our house and the dishwasher failed inspection so we went to Best Buy to pick up what they had which was this model. I only ran it once, but it was as quiet as it was supposed to be and washed the few dirty things we threw in it to test with just fine

We purchased this model because it included a food grinder, replacing a portable Kenmore model that also had a food grinder and cleaned VERY well. Unfortunately, this Samsung doesn't clean much better than low-end models I've used in the past. Unless you rinse your dishes first, it leaves a significant amount of food particles on the dishes – even after I started skipping every other row for plates and bowls. I expect a dishwasher to live up to its namesake and wash the dishes (which our previous Kenmore portable DID). Further, it came with a broken tab on the top-most sprayer. While that sprayer arm was replaced at no cost, the crimping type mechanism designed to hold the top sprayer in place doesn't do a great top. Lastly, the non-button type hidden controls are not easy to use. After four months, I still haven't figured out if there's an exact spot Samsung wants me to press to operate the button, or if the button expects me to press and hold. In its favor, it is exceptionally quiet, which for our small house is very nice.

beautiful stylish and intuitive design. Storm wash with high temp wash cycles truly do get everything clean without pre-rinse in the sink first. The auto open drying at end works wonderful with little to no water left on top of cups on top.

Absolutely love this dishwasher. However, even the quick cycle takes quite awhile. Dishes come out cleaner than ever!

This is a very quiet dishwasher. I like the open door feature for the last 5min. of drying. The dishes are totally dry when the cycle is complete.

This dishwasher works great when running but we did have an issue with it during the winter reading a false leak. Apparently because we have it against an outer wall of our house the cold from the wall and the warmth from inside were creating condensation in the unit. There is a water sensor in the bottom tray that was detecting this and I had to pull this unit out twice and tip it over and dry the sensor and tray to get it to be useable.

This is the quietest dishwasher ever. It has many useful wash options and the three racks make it very functional

Wonderful product. The door pops open to air dry dishes, which is a nice eco touch. It looks nice inside and out. My favorite feature is the 3rd (top) rack for laying spatulas and plastic covers, big knives, etc on. It is also very quiet and plays a very faint chime when it is done. It's great. I love it!

My family and I are really loving our new dishwasher. The space that is available inside for dishes is perfect. The third rack is perfect since it holds my paring knives and my measuring cups. It’s so quiet. We love the fact we can still watch our tv at a normal volume now. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a new dishwasher.

Food particles disappear. The top rack makes serving spoons, spatulas, water bottle lids and coffee cups a non issue to get clean. It's also great for things like skewers that fall through the baskets. My kids' favorite feature is that it sings a nice little song to you when the cycle ends and then the door pops open to let the heat out.

Great dishwasher. Quiet, cleans dishes well. Like the top rack for silverware, adjustable middle rack to fit large plates on the bottom. Opens automatically to help with drying.

This dishwasher does a very good job washing dishes, even using normal setting. Sometimes, though, stuck on food does not come off the utensils I place on the top drawer. I like having the door open at the end of the cycle to air dry the dishes. I never want high heat on my dishes or plastic bowls. Also it saves energy. The only aspect I do not like is the noise level. I understand that the noise is because it has a built in garbage disposer. The tradeoff it that I never have to keep bending down to take out and wash the filter.

Great machine! Purchased this to replace my 4 year old Kenmore that kicked the bucket and I'm so glad I picked this Samsung. I thought my "old" washer was nice, but this one is so much better. Super quiet; you barely know it's running. Gets everything super clean, and I love the 3rd rack. It's pretty to look at too.

UNIT WAS INSTALLED PROFESSIONALLY BY CREW AND TESTED. THIS UNIT IS EXTREMELY QUIET, AND CLEANS VERY WELL. WE LOVE THE FEATURE THAT OPENS THE DOOR AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF THE DRYING CYCLE TO QUICKEN DRYING TIME. THE HIDDEN CONTROL BUTTONS ON TOP RESULTS IN A VERY CLEAN APPEARANCE. GREAT DESIGNS AND FEATURES.

Very leary about dishwashers through the years, but this one I have zero complaints, works flawlessly and cleans the dishes to perfection. Very very quiet, hardly hear it running. Door pops open and dries dishes spotlessly, very ingenious. Very happy with this purchase and I am a huge skeptic.

Overall we're very happy with this unit. We did freak out a bit when the door popped open unexpectedly during a cycle, but we looked through the manual and this is supposed to happen to let steam out. Not sure at this point how this will affect our wood countertops, but we'll see.

I am partial to Bosch dishwasher, but am super satisfied with our Samsung. At half the price it is a terrific appliance. Quiet and does an excellent job drying.

Amazing dishwasher! So quiet too! Love the 3rd rack on top. So useful. It does seems smaller than typical, but I think Because of the 3 racks that is why.i did my whole kitchen in Samsung appliances. And when it’s done it pops open!
