I've accidentally opened it not realizing it was running, The adjustable middle rack is a god send for taller items. And the little tune it plays when it's done is so cute (though a little long). Have been disappointed in the top rack silverware cleaning. A lot of times they are still dirty when it's done. So that's what killed the 5 star rating for me.

I wanted a dishwasher with lower decibels, but it wouldn't fit in the space. This is still very quiet and can be hard to know it's actually running. Like the quick wash cycle of 60 minutes. Still working out where and how to load the machine, but that will come with time. Some silverware on the top rack didn't get cleaned on the short cycle for the first load or two, but we figured out how to load and that has improved. With the short cycle we're not getting real good drying of plastic storage containers and lids.

After rinsing each plate before loading it in the dishwasher, my only complaint is that the 60 minute quick wash does not do a very good job of getting the dishes clean. I have since used the normal option which takes about 3 times longer with the sanitize option activated. Overall, I’m very pleased.

Pops open automatically to save energy and air dry the dishes. Top third rack is great for silverware with no bending down and forks, knives and spoons getting tangled.

So quiet that I didn't even think it was running. And it does a great job! Love stainless steel tub, it doesn't show stains at all like the old plastic white tubs did

I like the 3rd rack as well for the silverware giving more space on the bottom shelf for larger dishes.

It has features (pop-open door to help drying, upper silverware tray makes loading/unloading more convenient (don't even use the removable basket for lowest level anymore), and extremely quiet. The first time using it I was unsure it was even operating, it was so quiet! On occasion, something isn't perfectly clean but could be due to loading too much. Door opens closer to floor than what I am used to but probably gives more space for dishes. Mounting to side cabinets due to granite counter requires bracket so be used - the manual does not explain that correctly, had to have Samsung make a visit to correctly show how to do that.

The installation was also handled by Best Buy and the technician was very fast. We usually use it at night and the sounds that it makes are not loud. The third rack is great for spatulas.
