Dishes come out very clean and dry, easy to load and easy to unload !

We had a very old unit that was in our house when we bought it, and were used to it 1) not really cleaning things well 2) not really dissolving detergent 3) sounding like a freight train. We have run this new Samsung StormWash model a few times and I had no idea what a real dishwasher could do and sound like! It has a beautiful design that really reaches all of the parts of the machine to produce spotless dishes, even on the lowest powered setting. Very happy with this COVID-19 shopping spree purchase.

I like having the extra top little rack. Im not sure I like that it pops open after the cycle has finished, but that may be something I just need to get used to.

This dishwasher is amazing. It’s quiet and efficient. It’s third rack adds so much to its value and performance.

Have been using this for a year and just love it. Very less noise and I love the dry feature where the door open up automatically. This optimizes the energy and makes it more sustainability friendly. I also like the second rack feature of moving it up and down as you need.

Love the stainless steel interior. Gets every item clean and it drys everything to a sparkle. Very very quiet.

I bought this product after doing tons of research and having great success with Samsung products of all types in the past. I will tell you this machine is super quiet and fast. We are a family that rinses the majority of the junk off the dishes before we put it in the washer and this last load still had some junk on a few things. It also doesn’t do a very great job drying the dishes. But the fact the door pops open when it’s done doesn’t leave any guess work to whether or not the dishes are clean! It’s not the favorite washer I’ve ever had, but it’s not bad.

Seven months in and it's been almost perfect. It is quiet and the wash programs/interior options allow for lots of scenarios. The only drawback is heavily soiled cutlery. But that's any dw. I'd buy it again.

No washing before washing. Tito section for sticky stuck on messes. Third rack for silver wear. I really like this

Works great. Efficient cleaning. “Pop open” feature is cool. Still trying to figure out the most efficient way to load as most of the tines are angled.

If I could have this at negative stars I would. While the dishwasher does a good job of cleaning, it always is breaking after only a year of ownership. Total tech came out to replace all the electronics and the dishwasher completely broke (not functional) within a week of their repair. We called and asked for expedited service (and we pay the ~$200/year Total tech fee), and were told we have to wait 8 days for a new tech to come out...so we will be doing dishes over the biggest cooking holiday of the year. So the dishwasher is not of high quality, and as things stand today, Best Buy doesn't seem too concerned to fix it, even though we pay for that service. We furnished our entire house a year ago with new Best Buy/Samsung appliances. Will have to consider going elsewhere based on this experience.
