This dishwasher is great. The storm wash feature really gets the very oily stuff clean. Would buy again.

I am so pleased that I bought this. An amazing upgrade from the one originally installed in my 2004 home. Although the same size the usable area is larger and they did a great job maximizing cleaning power and leave you will a lot of room and spaces to clean more. Although I had to replace a few parts due to newer homes being built with different size Standard water lines, I was able to get this up and running with little delay.

I love this dishwasher and there stromwash feature and also third rack is very convenient to put the big spatula

So quiet, can barely tell it is running. Only noise is when draining water and that is mininal. Need to get use to door popping open when done but this is first dishwasher ive owned.

Much better than our old one, still trying to figure out best way to put in the dishes.

Fully functional dishwasher. Fit in perfectly! Looks great in black stainless, just a little pricey.

I haven't had anything to complain about or call for tech advice or anything (and I can be pretty fussy about my tech stuff!!) The Storm Wash feature did a great job 3 times cleaning something I always dreaded cleaning in the sink. I DON'T miss having a heating element on the bottom and the system of the machine opening and finishing the drying process that way (part while the timer is still going and the fan is running). It gives a lot more freedom in placing items that might be damaged by a heating element. AND the dishes get as dry as they need to (only some water in the upside-down bottoms of some glasses). About 1 item every 2-3 loads has to be finished in the sink (caked-on dirt didn't get handled). That seems to happen with every dishwasher. I'm glad I got this one!

As someone in a previous review mentioned, it seems as if this dishwasher was designed by someone who had never used a dishwasher. The bottom rack vertical pieces are few and oddly spaced. They are also shorter than most dishwashers. This makes it inefficient when loading things like bowls that need greater support to stand up. In addition the vertical pieces go in two different directions, making it impossible to put longer items such as cutting boards on the bottom rack. Also our silverware flops around in the holders and gets caught when you try to slide the bottom rack in. Another big complaint is that this dishwasher starts to smell really bad if you don't use it every day. I do have the correct high loop installation of the drain hose and it doesn't help. It looks nice and is quiet, but is still the worst dishwasher I have owned.

we love the dishwasher. It’s very easy to use, quiet, has a cool rack on top for utensils. Buyer beware. it doesn’t come with all the hardware or parts needed. I’m not sure why Samsung would do this to the consumer. So, after removing our old dish washer, we had to wait until the next day to use it because hardware stores were closed for the day. You will need to purchase a hose, a power cord, and another part.

Quiet as a church mouse!! I’m not crazy about the fact that it opens when it’s finished. Someone keeps closing it without unloading it and I end up washing everything again. Lol!

So far (about one month), very pleased. Often use the Express cycle since we do prerinse the dishes and results are fine. Love the third rack feature.

Slightly disappointed in this dishwasher. Not sure if it's just the Samsung brand or them all, but our plates don't fit in the lower rack standing straight up in the slots. They hit the upper rack, she we have to slant them at a weird angle taking up more space than otherwise if they'd fit. Our plates fit fine in our old GE dishwasher, but they don't in this one. My advice would be be on the lookout for this. As weird as it sounds, I wish I would have test fit a plate into each brand before buying this. I just assumed it would fit and I was wrong. Everything else works fine.

I love Samsung!! It's so refreshing to not have to dry all the dishes after the wash is complete!!

This is the best dishwasher! It is really quiet. It cleans dishes spotless even without doing a prewash. Only concerned is with the drying capability, there are times the plastic and glasses have water left on them.

I like the dishwasher. I don’t like that the door pops open during drying.

Could be better at drying, but overall a pretty good dishwasher.

This dish washer looks nice and has some good features such as third rack for the silverware. However, I don’t feel like it gets our dishes as clean as it should. I really need to rinse everything off really really well prior to loading it into the dishwasher, otherwise it seems to leave food and grub behind.

Purchased as part of the kitchen remodel. So far no issues - easy to install and runs quickly. It automatically opens when done which is probably a setting I can change but it just takes a little to get use to.
