I need to try to read how to trouble shoot a bad smell coming from the dishwasher but overall i am very pleasantly surprised with this model. love the 3rd rack, love the sanitize options, love how quiet it is and it looks great with the rest of the black stainless appliances.

My only concern is the buttons to turn it on…sometimes I have to push it several times before it registers my touch. Every time I’m afraid it won’t turn on.

It just stopped working and I found out the installers had no clue what they were doing and almost burned the house down. I would not ever trust Best Buy TotalTech with anything electrical. The wire nuts that were on the neutral and ground wires had melted. The hot wires were just twisted and taped but the tape is all burnt off. Best Buy wants to charge me $125 to just diagnose the problem. The problem is their installation.

We had the dishwasher for 3 months and it stopped working. I gave me an error code indicating leaking. I am grateful I got the Geek Squad service contract. The technician replaced the motor and still leaking. The entire unit had to be replaced. It washed the dishes okay. The plate rack on the bottom had the plates way too. close. I

Opens after its done which is helpful for letting dishes get air to dry faster but my toddler always gets to it before I do so dishes go everywhere... would be nice for a house without young kiddos or invest in a baby gate. My kitchen is open and i dont have money to pay hundreds for a giant gate lol..

So glad we were able to save a few dollars, but get the item that had all the awesome features, especially the third row rack. Great deal!

Aside from that, Mr. Ernie in the Hoover location took real good care of me because of this inconvenience. If I could rate him he'd get 5 stars! Really seemed like he cared and genuinely wanted to help. We need more managers out there like him, he deserves a raise!
