Cleans dishes well and is very easy to use. The finish is very easy to clean also.

I love it, it gets the food residue off and I don't ever worry about dirty dishes anymore.

cleaned dishes ok, but not great. utensils on the top rack never seemed to get clean. touch control panel on the top was very touchy and hard to get the buttons to activate. it is now being used as a dish drying rack.

Super quiet and cleans everything great. Definitely use the jet dry liquid to avoid hard water stains

So quiet while operating. Like the heating cycle, cooling cycle with the auto door opening. Worth every penny I paid for this unit. Would suggest a buy to all my friends!

This is my first and last Samsung dishwasher. Forget putting even the slightest bit dirty dishes in this thing. Everything needs to be thoroughly pre-washed to get them clean, or food will still be stuck all over everything. The Stormwash feature works ok, but it only covers a very small area in the lower rack. The 3rd rack is essentially useless because no water actually hits it (it doesn't have a dedicated spray). To get the dishes reasonably clean, I have to run every cycle as a Heavy wash. Oh, and to rub a little salt in the wound, this thing is loud! I had a Maytag before this and it worked exponentially better than this appliance, even on the Quick cycle. I won't be buying a Samsung again.

Love the top tray for all of your bigger utensils or water bottle lids.

Works fine, it's what I wanted and it works the way I want it to.

(1) Do not BUY Samsung dishwashers with this soft, plastic touch panel. Mine came with small imperfections “chipped.” The plastic is very soft and prone to damage. I would have thought Samsung designed a more durable touch panel, but I fear that this panel will not last and degrade over time. The touch panel should have been designed with mechanical buttons or at least use a more durable plastic panel. This touch panel should not have passed QC. (2) Samsung customer support is a wash. The common sense approach for a touch panel coming cosmetically defective out-of-the-box would be to send repair and replace the part. Because this was installed “sometime” after delivery and it was discovered after installation, they will not help. They would like me to return the whole unit back, which is absurd on time/cost. (3) I will be looking at other companies that make more robust appliances. Samsung looks “fancy” but they are not designed to last.

Great purchase. Well built, sturdy racks, we like how the silverware has individual slots to keep separated. Keeps our dishes sparkling clean !

I've had this dishwasher for less than two months it looks like and I've already had to call on an error code o c. I hope this is not what I have to look forward to in the future with this dishwasher.

Good dish washer, washes the dishes pretty good. Great for small spaces.

I love this dishwasher. It’s super quiet and the 3 racks handle all my dishes.

Bought this to replace an old leaky dishwasher. So far I have no complaints. It’s nice not to have to turn up the volume while watching tv in the living room because it’s nice and quiet.

I love many features of my new dishwasher. The very top right for holding utensils and small items, the fact the door pops open to finish drying, and that it is very quiet while running.
