It does a thorough job on the dirtiest of dishes, is quiet and the automatic door opening drying feature works perfectly!!!

The main issue is the soap dispenser opens more than half the time after the cycle is complete. I have to run it again with the soap door open and this doesn't always clean my dishes very well and I end up washing them by hand. Had service out twice and they replaced the soap dispenser but still have the same issue. I also don't like the bottom rack for loading dishes, the holders go in one direction in the front and another direction in the back, this is an issue with anything long like a cookie sheet.

I would note one thing that annoys me a little, however: after it’s done washing the dishes, it automatically opens and stays open about 6 inches or so. That may be something you like, but it annoys me.

Congratulations on your new Samsung Dishwasher. The door props open for condensation to escape the unit for your dishes to be dried properly. You are able to turn the feature off but your dishes will not be as dry due to the condensation will not be able to escape. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad

It also seems smaller than my old one It is super quiet!

We rinse our dishes, use the correct soap, etc., and it has stopped working. Might be a good dishwasher for the cost, but doesn’t seem to have longevity.
