The plastic "lids" on the silverware basket are a bad design and get in the way of pushing the rack in. They are easy to remove, though. I would buy this again.

I ended up trading it in for a slightly different model as it wasn't drying well anyway.

I was replacing an older Samsung dishwasher. The adjustable rack is a very nice feature. The cons are it’s still a little loud, the silverware holders do not snap into place so they come out way too easily,

I was disappointed that this doesn’t have a prewash dispenser as we have hard water and I use that to prevent build up.

YOUR WARRANTY IS ONLY FOR ONE YEAR AND THE PROBLEM STARTS FROM THE SECOND YEAR. We bought this DW in Dec 2020 and the dishwasher racks are rusted so badly now that the racks are falling apart. After calling the customer service they mentioned this is not covered and i have to pay out of my pocket. You tell me if this is fare. This is a defective product and you are on your own after the first year. I am very disappointed.
