Do not recommend! Stopped working after 2 years

Diagnostics confirmed that there is power, but the main control panel stopped functioning. Was told that Samsung no longer makes parts, even though it was manufactured in March 2020 and purchased in May 2020. Informed that the part would have to be purchased from China and it would cost $296 plus $40 shipping. And that doesn't include almost $200 for labor (Service Master). In addition, Samsung said that I would be charged $120 (non-refundable) for trip and diagnostics. $99.00 for labor plus parts. So, I decided that that was too much money and plan to purchase a new dishwasher from a different brand/maker. Interestingly, when the dishwasher arrives and the Best Buy Geek Squad attempted to install, they said that one was not functioning properly and i had to make arranges to exchange for another one. That was I big red flag and I should have cancelled all together. Very disappointed with Samsung's customer service. Best Buy customer service was more empathetic, given the situation. We are now just a few weeks before Christmas without a working dishwasher, and I'm hosting dinner on Christmas day. I have many Samsung appliances, TVs', and technology devices. I'm parting ways with Samsung.

YOUR WARRANTY IS ONLY FOR ONE YEAR AND THE PROBLEM STARTS FROM THE SECOND YEAR. We bought this DW in Dec 2020 and the dishwasher racks are rusted so badly now that the racks are falling apart. After calling the customer service they mentioned this is not covered and i have to pay out of my pocket. You tell me if this is fare. This is a defective product and you are on your own after the first year. I am very disappointed.

Good install. I wish all the installers were like them, others for stove, refrigerator and washer and drawer SUCKED.

It is slightly louder than I expected even though it has a low dB listing. Also, I dislike the door auto opening when done because there is no indicator that it ran.

Now the first couple of washes I wasn’t impressed, there were the typical spots water left in the dishwasher, even after keeping the door open....However, as a plumber I knew it was from hard Indiana water. As buying some rinse aid that the dishwasher recommended I was absolutely amazed. ZERO SPOTS. I’ve never had such clean dishes and every time the washer is done...it literally looks like I just opened it from the box. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
