Good dishwasher. Wish the top rack got the underside of those dishes better

Best dishwasher I ever had. It like power washing your dishes. I feel confident that every load will come out squeaky clean

I purchased in May 2020, after only 2 years, the main control panel stopped working. Diagnostics confirmed that there is power, but the main control panel stopped functioning. Was told that Samsung no longer makes parts, even though it was manufactured in March 2020 and purchased in May 2020. Informed that the part would have to be purchased from China and it would cost $296 plus $40 shipping. And that doesn't include almost $200 for labor (Service Master). In addition, Samsung said that I would be charged $120 (non-refundable) for trip and diagnostics. $99.00 for labor plus parts. So, I decided that that was too much money and plan to purchase a new dishwasher from a different brand/maker. Interestingly, when the dishwasher arrives and the Best Buy Geek Squad attempted to install, they said that one was not functioning properly and i had to make arranges to exchange for another one. That was I big red flag and I should have cancelled all together. Very disappointed with Samsung's customer service. Best Buy customer service was more empathetic, given the situation. We are now just a few weeks before Christmas without a working dishwasher, and I'm hosting dinner on Christmas day. I have many Samsung appliances, TVs', and technology devices. I'm parting ways with Samsung.

I have nothing negative to say about this dishwasher. We love it! Wasn't sure I would like the third rack, but it works great for silverware and utensils!

I have only had the machine a couple of weeks but am very satisfied. Dishes come out spotless and I am very pleased with the sanitizing feature.

Really loved this dishwasher but it went on the blink with a code. I think it won’t tell you if you press opposing cycles and run. Couldn’t get another one. Maybe discontinued. Loved everything else about it. Just too many run options.

Works well no complaints. Wheel on middle shelf is messed up so will have to order that but overall no other complaints.

I like it but I do not love it. It is slightly louder than I expected even though it has a low dB listing. Also, I dislike the door auto opening when done because there is no indicator that it ran.

Operates quietly. Dishes come out clean and dry. This Samsung lives up to its advertising.

2 db quieter than my Bosch dishwasher. I am happy that this one matches my other Samsung SS appliances.

Does a really good job. I don't think any commercial is true about dishwashers and the ability to not pre rinse. The installers were amazing!!

A little weird with top drawer for silverware, but AI like it, Very quiet. Good install. I wish all the installers were like them, others for stove, refrigerator and washer and drawer SUCKED.
