The installer broke the water pipe and then charge me an additional 100 $to fix it. I believe he shoild have coveres the repairs since he broke the pipe.

Surprisingly worse than our old dishwasher

Overall we are pretty disappointed with the performance. We wanted an upgrade because our 10 year old (or so) dishwasher didn’t seem to dry very well and often left food pieces stuck. Well, this dishwasher is actually worse! Even with the storm wash and the extra heat options included, the bottoms of the cups on the top rack are just full of water and there’s, like, food dust inside a lot of the dishes. Never seen that before. We are looking for a replacement.

My only complaint would be the top rack has to many bends to customize how you want to fill it up. But overall a great machine. No issues with watermarks.
