I love it, super quiet and even opens up to help dry the dishes at the end.

Actually a fantastic dishwasher, I didn’t realize there was truly a difference with they way they wash but I went from a Frigidaire to a Samsung and this thing gets all my dishes clean

I knew day one that I didn’t like this dishwasher, but after installing it, I didn’t want to bother removing it. Now that we’ve owned it for a year, I’m sending the dang thing back. To give a little bit of a back story. We bought this dishwasher on a holiday sale, so we got a deal on it. It was a floor model so it was discounted. We bought the geek squad warranty to make sure we would have it covered in the event that it broke. One minor complaint that bugged me every day is the buttons on the top of the door. They’re so sensitive to the touch, that you have to touch them just right in order to activate them. It was always a game to get the dishwasher started. The real issue though are the metal brackets on the inside of the tub that hold in the seal. There is 1/16th of an inch on either side of the drawer to allow it to slide in and out. After repeated pulling out and pushing in, the brackets eventually broke loose. Making it impossible to push the drawer back in. We’ve had the dishwasher for 11 months and it’s not fixable. We called geek squad to get a replacement, they sent us to the store to exchange, but since we got a discount on the dishwasher at the time of purchase, we were asked to pay the difference for the new one since it was not on sale. After an hour of talking to the rep, we opted to get a refund for the dishwasher as a whole, so we could then go buy the one we wanted. I’m definitely disappointed that we couldn’t just get a replacement. But I’m glad to be getting anything other than this dishwasher. Back to Bosch we go.

I like how well it cleans the dishes and how quiet it runs.

Does a great job cleaning, but there needs to be an additional drying option. Items are often too wet once the cycle is done. Adding the "sanitize" option has helped a little bit.

I found the first time I use this washer it did not clean as well as my old washer. Even the next few times. Then this week I opened the washer to fine the sprayer beneath the top rack had come off. My husband looked at it and found the washer that attaches it to the rack has a crack in it. He put it back on but I have not used it again. I have to contact Bests Buys to see about getting a new one. I hope that after it is replaced it will work better. If it doesn't I really wouldn't recommend it.

You really can't beat Samsung they're just the best appliances this stormwatch dishwasher is so quiet you'll never even know it's working and believe me it leaves your dishes and silverware sparkling clean!!!

Super quiet, makes our dishes nice and clean. the storm wash is a must.

I’ve always owned entry level dishwashers, so I maybe that’s the problem, but I’ve never had a washer that didn’t require a pretty thorough pre-wash. With this Samsung, it just like the ads say. Just toss in the dishes and wait. They come out sparkling. If I have one complaint it’s that the dishes don’t dry as thoroughly or quickly. Overall I’m very pleased.

We are very pleased with this appliance. Quality is good and much quiter than our previous dishwasher.

I like this dishwasher. Only complaint is that the controls are at the top and would prefer on the outside of the unit. Reason is when opening you can touch the dials by accident.
