Samsung came out and fixed for free, and since then it has been great. I love the "secret" 3rd compartment that I use for either silverware or spatulas

Each wash cycle is relatively long about 2 hours so, I make sure to fill it fully before starting a wash. I installed it myself but, I wouldn't recommend that unless you have a decent set of tools and some basic accumbent for large appliances.

I like this one even better because I can put a dishtowel on the bar that runs across the front. I haven't used it yet so I am not sure of the noise level

But this particular unit glitched and didn't cycle through every time leaving unused soap dripping from the dispenser. We had to replace it with new unit, same model.
