I bought this as a replacement, and loved the "idea" of the storm wash, and unique extra rack layout. Works even better than anticipated. Gosh, clean dishes and even pops open ITSELF to vent during drying. Perfect plastics! Dry! Install was great and well done by pros.

Only downfall is the pots and pans need to adjusted like legos to fit. Other than that the dishes get a good washing.

Eowyn made a stew and no man brought himself to finish their helping. All of our flatware was left dirty and stinking of rot. The Samsung StormWash brought the much needed cleansing power that we needed to continue the journey.

I have had a tech come visit three times now to replace two different parts. Dishes still continue to come out dirty (leaving small particles on the dishes) even after the filter has been cleaned, and in this most recent case, replaced due to a water leak. To clean the filter, you're required to unscrew 8 screws, making it a very tedious job in comparing it to other dishwashers. I've had this dishwasher for a little over a year now, and it's already failing.

Aesthetically, good, but functionally subpar. Would not recommend despite the price. There is a nice song that is played when the dishes are done. Ended up returning.
