Hello, We were looking for appliances package for our new home and came across Best buy 30% off on Samsung appliances. Bundled Refrigerator, Microwave, Gas Stove and dishwasher for a decent price. Good not great. But it is for sure worth the price.

Just wish our installation had gone smoother. The technician came back to our house for range and microwave and apologized for missing turning on the water.

The dishwasher was installed and instantly had an issue with the sensor that determines how dirty the dishes are which determines the wash time. I reported it to Samsung, they sent a tech out 12 days later who had to order parts, at which time he informed me that due to how busy the schedule is that he couldn’t make it back for another 12 days. Not the greatest experience so far but not the worst either.

This is a great dishwasher. Love the this silverware drawer. The touch pad isn't very sensitive and you have to really press on it to work.

We love the dishwasher. It works great! We are however missing the bottom part of the dishwasher. We would appreciate if the part could be mailed to us. Please respond to us if there is a better way to get a hold of you. When calling the store the phone just rings and rings ..

Over 35 years of homeownership, this is the worst dishwasher in my experience. After a little over a year, I’ve decided to throw it away and upgrade. The dishwasher will only clean properly if you use sanitation mode, and even then I have to pre-soak the dishes in hot water and soap to make sure that they are very clean. Further, the dishwasher is running at 65 dB, which is too loud for day use. If I use storm wash mode, the noise is unbearable. The tube that runs at the back of the dishwasher up the wall has already come loose and needed to be re-installed. I have run the cleaning mode every three months with the store cleaner in an attempt to prolong the quality, but this has not helped at all. I think it is interesting that in a little over a year, the price of the dishwasher dropped from around $800 to its current price. Finally, there has been a small worsening of the performance since the dishwasher was brand new, but even in the early days this was a mediocre dishwasher. The D.B. listed in the specs are not relevant because you must run the dishwasher with sanitation and preferably storm wash in order to have clean dishes. Consequence, this is the loudest dishwasher I’ve ever owned.

Works fine. Not sure about the “dry” technique. Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase.

Looks good, purchased 6 months ago, very pleased with the prompt response from Best Buy to honor the warranty of this appliance. This is our third dishwasher in five years—- which we rarely use, perhaps three times weekly. We have a newly built home, all new plumbing. The other two were far more expensive GE Profile models. We decided to try Samsung… So far, not pleased. We may give up & just use the dishwasher as a decorative piece!

I have not used the dishwasher very much. But it seems to be very efficient. Although the cycles are long.

It does the job. I personally like kitchen aid better, but overall this dishwasher gets it done.

I bought this dishwasher for a studio apartment I renovated. The millennial tenants who lease the apartment report that it: (1) washes to a squeaky clean level, (2) has a relatively short wash & dry cycle, and (3) and looks beautiful with the other stainless steel appliances in their kitchen.

First delivery attempt was rejected because item was damaged but store replaced within a few days.

The delivery were very good with the mechanics, but didn't have time to explain any of the functions. a little disappointed!!

did a lot of research prior to buying - exceptional features at a reasonable price - VERY quiet - door opens when cycle is completed, a nice feature - nice electronic controls hidden on top of door with only "running lights" visible A great choice !!!

Great sleek design. Controls on top are easy to read, and good selection of wash cycles. The third rack on top is great for odd shaped items, and is really handy for extra items. Very quiet and nice soft tones ring when wash is complete.

This Samsung dishwasher is amazing and it’s super quiet. This dishwasher is great for all your needs; forks utensils, baby spoons, pacifiers, wine glasses tall or short, pots large or small and plates. You get a variety of different settings from deep clean to Quick wash.

Beautiful in our kitchen. Works well, gets the dishes super clean and I love all the options it has.
