Looks good, purchased 6 months ago, very pleased with the prompt response from Best Buy to honor the warranty of this appliance. This is our third dishwasher in five years—- which we rarely use, perhaps three times weekly. We have a newly built home, all new plumbing. The other two were far more expensive GE Profile models. We decided to try Samsung… So far, not pleased. We may give up & just use the dishwasher as a decorative piece!

I love it. Even though I think it’s smaller than my old Samsung it’s great. I use the 1 hour quick cycle & the dishes are all coming out clean. It opens for the last 5 mins of drying so tell all the family members otherwise it can scare them. Highly recommend.

I have had this dishwasher only for a short time but it is a super quiet machine that does a great job!

Over 35 years of homeownership, this is the worst dishwasher in my experience. After a little over a year, I’ve decided to throw it away and upgrade. The dishwasher will only clean properly if you use sanitation mode, and even then I have to pre-soak the dishes in hot water and soap to make sure that they are very clean. Further, the dishwasher is running at 65 dB, which is too loud for day use. If I use storm wash mode, the noise is unbearable. The tube that runs at the back of the dishwasher up the wall has already come loose and needed to be re-installed. I have run the cleaning mode every three months with the store cleaner in an attempt to prolong the quality, but this has not helped at all. I think it is interesting that in a little over a year, the price of the dishwasher dropped from around $800 to its current price. Finally, there has been a small worsening of the performance since the dishwasher was brand new, but even in the early days this was a mediocre dishwasher. The D.B. listed in the specs are not relevant because you must run the dishwasher with sanitation and preferably storm wash in order to have clean dishes. Consequence, this is the loudest dishwasher I’ve ever owned.

Beautiful dishwasher, but not the one I wanted. Had to settle for this one due to supply chain B/S. Wanted the 39 dba linear wash. However this one is quiet @ 48 dba. Have not used enough to tell how well it cleans heavily soiled dishware. It also does not have WiFi.

Beautiful in our kitchen. Works well, gets the dishes super clean and I love all the options it has.

Very nice dishwasher for the price. I had them install it and haul away my old one. my wife loves it! so that's what's important... and it looks nice too!

I’ve only had it a few days but it seems to be a great dishwasher. Extremely quiet operation and it gets the dishes really clean. The installation was really poor…so I will need to have them come out and redo the installation.

I bought this when we bought our new house and while it worked, my biggest complaint is that it took FOREVER to wash the dishes. Like 3.5 hours on the only setting that washed them correctly. One day i went to do the dishes and it had no power. We reset the breaker and still nothing. We did our research and found the control pannels on these are poorly made and it costs $200+ to even replace ourselves. So we spent $750 for a mediocre dishwasher to only work for 2 years. Would never recommend. Shouldve listened to the bad reviews before i purchased.

Great machine for the price. Really like the silverware rack at the top, its removable. Each of the 3 racks has its own water sprayer so everything gets clean. Love the sanitize function too.

My dishwasher is so pretty. Its so much better than my previous one. It's noise level is so low. It gets the dishes clean with no spots.

About eight months in my dishwasher stopped draining. Samsung sent someone out and they had to come three different times before they declared that they had finally fixed it. The issue is that it has never worked properly since then. It doesn’t wash the dishes and it doesn’t even dissolve the tabs. I have spoken to Samsung numerous times and provided videos at their request. With each follow up Call I’m told the ticket was closed, but they will open a new one and escalate it. They tell me that once a technician declares it’s fixed then there is nothing I can do to appeal it. So they have requested videos which I have sent and each time I called to follow up, this is what I deal with. The tickets have been closed and canceled and then I am told a new one will get opened and escalated. It’s a vicious cycle. I get no help and now my dishwasher is almost out of warranty. Best Buy is refusing to help as well and so now I’m stuck with A dishwasher that doesn’t work and it’s less than a year old. I would advise you to consider a different appliance brand and buying from a different seller. I can assure you, I will never buy another Samsung product nor will I do my shopping at Best Buy. I have read reviews about these similar issues with Samsung products. I only wish that I had read them before I purchased this dishwasher.

My old dishwasher was 16 years old, this new one has gone a long ways toward operating better. Its almost like having a personal dishwasher!

Good washing and drying performance. Not as quiet as the 11 year old Kitchenaid it replaced.

the only issue is not for the lack of trying, I can't work the rinse dispenser.

The washer is what we wanted. Getting installed was a nightmare. Install people did not show up when scheduled. Finally had to hire my handy man to do it. Probably will go back to RC Whilley for next appliance purchase. They are a lot more dependable after the sale service.
