Install people did not show up when scheduled. Finally had to hire my handy man to do it. Probably will go back to RC Whilley for next appliance purchase. They are a lot more dependable after the sale service.

SAMSUNG WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS

Less than 30 days after I purchased one of the dishwashers the middle washer arm fell off. That was 10 months ago!!! Since then I have spent somewhere between 8 & 12 hours trying to get Samsung to repair it. They sent a team once - with the wrong part. Today a repair team was supposed to come - they didn't show up. So ten minutes ago I gave up - I ordered and paid for the part myself. I wish I had done that before I had wasted so much time.

Controls are on the top which is nice but it’s weird that because of their placement there’s a gap between the bottom of the counter and the top of the door. This gap allows one to see inside where the dishwasher sits between tge side cabinets

The dishwasher started malfunctioning a month after we purchased it. The waterproof liner came off and I had to glue it back in several times until it finally gave out. It would not drain. Worked fir 6 months.

Your dishwasher is warranted by SAMSUNG against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for the limited warranty period, starting from the date of original purchase, of:
One (1) Year All Parts and Labor.
Five (5) Years Printed Circuit Board, Racking (Labor Charges for inhome service starting from the 2nd year is customer's responsibility).
Lifetime Stainless Door Liner & Tub for leakage. If the unit cannot be repaired, Samsung will replace your unit with same or current model (that is better or equivalent in functionality) (Labor related to replacement is customer's responsibility).

We needed a 33 inch french door refrigerator with all the bells and whistles. No other store had a staff that was knowledgeable enough to help us. We walked into Best Buy and they had one on the floor.

This one has much a much higher dish capacity than the old one despite taking up the same volume. I also like the easily visible countdown timer to know how long I'll have to wait for the wash cycle to complete.
