Samsung sent someone out and they had to come three different times before they declared that they had finally fixed it. The issue is that it has never worked properly since then. It doesn’t wash the dishes and it doesn’t even dissolve the tabs. I have spoken to Samsung numerous times and provided videos at their request. With each follow up Call I’m told the ticket was closed, but they will open a new one and escalate it. They tell me that once a technician declares it’s fixed then there is nothing I can do to appeal it. So they have requested videos which I have sent and each time I called to follow up, this is what I deal with. The tickets have been closed and canceled and then I am told a new one will get opened and escalated. It’s a vicious cycle. I get no help and now my dishwasher is almost out of warranty. Best Buy is refusing to help as well and so now I’m stuck with A dishwasher that doesn’t work and it’s less than a year old. I would advise you to consider a different appliance brand and buying from a different seller. I can assure you, I will never buy another Samsung product nor will I do my shopping at Best Buy. I have read reviews about these similar issues with Samsung products. I only wish that I had read them before I purchased this dishwasher.

The washer detects the weight of the items and automatically adjusts the "optimal" water level, washing time, rinse counts, and spin counts (this may not apply to all cycles).

We needed a 33 inch french door refrigerator with all the bells and whistles. No other store had a staff that was knowledgeable enough to help us. We walked into Best Buy and they had one on the floor.

The dishwasher started malfunctioning a month after we purchased it. The waterproof liner came off and I had to glue it back in several times until it finally gave out. It would not drain. Worked fir 6 months.

Less than 30 days after I purchased one of the dishwashers the middle washer arm fell off. That was 10 months ago!!! Since then I have spent somewhere between 8 & 12 hours trying to get Samsung to repair it. They sent a team once - with the wrong part. Today a repair team was supposed to come - they didn't show up. So ten minutes ago I gave up - I ordered and paid for the part myself. I wish I had done that before I had wasted so much time.

This one has much a much higher dish capacity than the old one despite taking up the same volume. I also like the easily visible countdown timer to know how long I'll have to wait for the wash cycle to complete.
