I really trusted Samsung and went all in for all our appliances, so far this is the first to fail…but 1 year of use by a family of 3, seriously?!

Dishes come out clean Everytime, and completely dry. Love that it was a sanitize option since I have a toddler and it’s nice to know everything she eats off of will be clean. Only complaint is that there isn’t a way to stop the door from opening when complete. I understand it’s to help the dishes dry fully and release the steam but just gives full access to my daughter

Once we got it working properly after many headaches, it seems to be doing the job. It’s got cool computer controls and cute sounds. The product alone gets 4 stars because of confusing operation instructions.
