I replaced my Kitchenaid because this one featured a hard food disposer. So far, I prefer my Kitchenaid. I've had to call Samsung support because dishes are not coming out clean. They recommended a different wash setting, but so far, no improvement.

I can only wash two large dinner plates at one time, without the center water arm hitting the plate and stopping its rotation. I believe it is due to the third rack. My plates are 12" in dia.

It's ok but I just expected more from it. I received it with some damage to the door. I reviewed the Bestbuy policy about damaged products and decided just to live with it.

The best thing is the door opens when the cycle is complete. No more guessing if dishes are clean. Is the door open? They're clean!

Love that we can remove racks to wash large items. I do wish it had a quick wash cycle. The shortest one Ive found is 60 minutes. Definitely would buy it again.

Upgraded from old Whirlpool and made a complete difference. I like the fact that when it is done, the door pops open, which helps in the drying process too.

Residue and dirt left on all dishes. Tried cleaning the filter which is incredibly arduous as you have to unscrew the filter, approx 12 long screws and 3 short. Then it won't drain from cleaning so you have to use paper towels to soak up water or use a water vacuum!!

The stove is amazing and I cannot wait to make wonderful meals with it for my Friends and family for the holidays!
