It washes dishes. Mostly when they are dirty. Hope this helps

I hate this dishwasher, It is the most inefficient dishwasher we have ever owned. Purchased this model after being happy with a previous Samsung dishwasher, and its successor is honestly worthless. We prewash/scrub everything that goes in and I swear sometimes the dishes come out dirtier than they were when they went in. Most of the time if there is ANYTHING on a dish/glass it gets baked on and is 10x harder to clean than if we'd just washed it by hand. I feel like we were duped. This dishwasher is a joke, spare yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Good dishwasher a little pricey for the quality of wash it gives .

So far so good, no issues as of yet and hoping it continues to work.

Pick this up at the outlet...love it. No problems so far.

Not as quite as id like but other then that works great

I absolutely love my new dishwasher. One really neat feature is when it’s all done, the door pops open just a little to let all the steam out.

Wish I would have gotten another model. Not even a week after getting it pieces began falling off. Now so many pieces have fallen off or come loose that I can't even operate it.

My old Kitchen Aid dishwasher died after 12 years...I loved it. Decided to try another brand. This Samsung dishwasher seemed like a good one...NOT! It felt flimsy. The door wouldn't open completely so it would stay flat..the bottom rack would role out and UP unless I pushed it down, and it kept rolling off to the side and I had to keep readjusting it! The whole thing just seemed cheaply made. After it was installed, it seemed to stick out further than my cabinets. The installer said that they all do... Ok, so I guess you are supposed to see most of the operating panel along the very top edge when it's closed...? When loading it, I had a heck of a time getting dishes in without the water bar hitting the plates in the bottom... The prongs in the bottom were so close together that I don't know how the plates would get clean! I could barely get bowls or serving dishes in that would sit low enough down thru the prongs that most of them would end up all sitting, balanced above the prongs! You just couldn't get much in it... Ridiculous! The upper rack was pretty much the same with adding glasses...and don't dare put anything that will stick up very high because the top/3rd rack would get caught on it and you couldn't pull it out. To me, the top/3rd rack is completely useless. Of course, you can't put any utensils in the utensil cage on the bottom rack because then it would hit the upper rack, so I added those to the top/3rd rack. Well, the 3rd rack has a small water bar the swirls in the top of the washer. It's supposed to clean items in the 3rd/top rack, all the items in the upper rack where you place glasses or cups... I don't know how those glasses get clean because the top/3rd rack just about completely covers the glasses and cups seemingly not allowing much water to flow thru. Stuff that I put on the 3rd rack just didn't seem clean or rinsed, even though the water spinner was right there. Unbeknownst to me, there was NO drying element in the bottom of the washer!! When the whole wash and rinse cycle was finished, it did NOT dry the dishes...the door automatically pops open and plays an annoying song...literally a WHOLE song...to let you know it was finished and will now "air dry" your load of dishes... Also...NOT!! Who makes a dishwasher without drying elements?!?! Samsung, that's who! It literally just sits open cooling off and they consider that the "Dry Cycle". Get your towel ready, because you will have to dry each and everything you have in it! The "Storm Wash" is a joke. One little section in the back left on the bottom rack is the ONLY place you can put a really dirty pan, plate or whatever. I rinse my dishes too well to even bother with that extra expense... I thought it was actually something that cleans extra dirty dishes throughout the entire dishwasher, not just a tiny corner inside. I did about 3 loads and couldn't take it any longer! I replaced it (within the time limit) with another Kitchen Aid. Yes, I ended up paying a few hundred more, but ooooh, I am so happy! It actually DRIES the dishes! I would NEVER buy another Samsung appliance! They make wonderful TVs and electronics and should keep it at that. This was a horrible experience. I do not recommend. (I had it 2 weeks and couldn't wait to get rid of it!)

I really love everything about this dishwasher. Easy to install. Super quiet, the dishes get so clean. I would never buy a dishwasher again that does not have stainless steel interior.

i am very happy with my purchase of a Samsung Stormwash 24. The sales lady on the floor was very helpful and friendly. The installation people were efficient and pleasant.

This item has been terrible since I bought it. Dishes don't get cleaned thoroughly. Right after the year warranty, it gives me errors, and cleaning the filter makes you unscrew 13+ screws and work for your clean. I clean it every 3-6 months. there are water intake errors and my plumbing is fine. I've had apartments I've lived at for years that had old appliances and didn't give me this much trouble. Stay away from Samsung appliances . They may look good and sleek but gives you so much headache!

This dishwasher work very well. I like the stormwash system for large pots, pans & bowls. My husband was able to install it himself with the dishwasher install kit we bought with it.

We had a bosh dishwasher before and thought they were the best. But since my wife has been using it she says she likes it better and it washes our dishes just as well if not better.

Haven't use it yet. Looks nice, easy to install. Xx

Some trial and error with 'buttons" located at top of dishwasher - a change. Finally dishes got clean.
